The Birthday Girl wanted to go to Tea, so her generous Hubby took the three of us out to Let Them Eat Cake, a teahouse which is located in the wonderfully built-out basement of the Reed Opera House. Call ahead and to reserve a time and date, and don't forget to wear your fancy hat!
