1/22/23My parents took my child to watch a KIDS movie here. My mother misspoke and said he was 2, when he is almost 4. The manager on shift asked that they provide a birth certificate to enter because 2 and under is not allowed.I had to drive home from a date night that I was taking my wife on to take a picture of a birth certificate. This is the worst customer I have experienced in a long time.To add to it there is no corporate number or number to cinnebare to ask for an explanation. Will never go backRegal you are better than this

First run movies and decent, reasonably priced food (for a theatre). Together with a companionable friend, it's a great outing.

We bought tickets online to see the movie Migration. We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. When we showed up for the movie we were informed that our 2 year old was not aloud in because they have a policy that no one under 3 can come in. Because it is a bar. If this is a bar then no one under 21 should come in and what is the huge difference between a 2 and 3 year old? This is of course not on the website. It was not like we were going to see a PG or R movie....we were going to see Migration which is G rated. Which is for children. If you are not going to allow children to the movie theater maybe not show children movies. Go to Northern lights, they are much nicer and allow kids. .

Highly recommend this place. Took our extended family including grandparents for dinner and a movie. The food surprised us all with how GOOD it was! We had pizza, burgers, chicken burger, veggies burgers, desserts. It was all restaurant-good! The servers were fast and friendly. The only thing that was a little tricky for the 80 year Olds in our group was using a qr menu. We've run into that before at other venues and probably could have asked for a paper version for them. All in all it is an awesome venue with great staff and delicious food!

Place is clean but there is no one to check tickets at the entrance, no menus at the seats if you wanted to order something and no servers check in with you even if you click the button. I thought the whole point was to sit down and order food and drinks but they've made it literally impossible to do!I had to go out twice to get my concessions and even then it was hard to find someone willing to provide customer service.I'll stick with the theater at the Willamette Town Center from now on..

What a cool movie theater. They have a full menu with food, drinks and cocktails, which is awesome. There are tables in front of the seats, and a button you press to get a waiter/waitress to come take your order. They have several theaters here, so they show a nice variety of movies and the theaters are pretty large, nice and spacious. Looking forward to going back soon!

We rented out a theater for a special occasion viewing and it was epic! The cost was ridiculously affordable and the food was really good!!! I recommend this highly if you have a big family and want to have a fun and inventive get together!!! I also highly recommend their drinks!

I miss this place. Great food last time I went here, great service, good atmosphere...but the nature of downtown salem these days I'd never risk my car sitting in the parking garage or anywhere downtown for the length of a feature film.

Very discouraging to AGAIN have the audio description equipment not functioning. We rarely go to movies and seldom choose this theater due to their poor quality equipment. Giving Cinebarre a second, third, chance has proven unwise on our part. We won't again assume they have upgraded.Going out to a movie when blind is not an easy thing. To choose a venue that advertises being ADA accessable, and then finding that it is not - ruining the outing and needing to leave for lack of audio description to describe what is going on - is very distressing.

My favorite theater...people are very nice, comfortable seats with plenty of leg room and love their food and drinks. I stopped going to the Regal on Lancaster parking is awful there and not crazy about their seats. Love that Cinebarre also has parking garage across the street. And love not having assigned seating. Had problems with the assigned seating. Anyway love everything about Regal Cinebarre. No complaints so far.

Way, Way too loud. we beared the preview volume. but when the movie wasn't any better we walked out losing the value of 3 movie tickets. Even concert earplugs were not sufficient to make the noise level bearable. this even telling staff it was unbeatable loud. and they supposedly turned it down. Goodbye and good riddance. we will Not go back.

This theater feels and smells so dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor and it was difficult to get passed the dirty smell in the air.The seating is outdated. I hadn't been here since before 2020 and I thought for sure they had reclining chairs back then. They don't have stadium seating so it was difficult for me to see over the tops of the chairs even though I tried sitting in multiple chairs to find the best view. The popcorn . I asked for butter but it tasted like pure oil. I only ate a few bites of it.The staff were nice but didn't acknowledge us for quite awhile after we entered the theater. The lady at the ticket counter was very nice. She helped me download the Regal app to save money on the tickets.I'm still not sure how I feel about pushing the button to order food at my seat. I think I prefer ordering at a counter to ensure I see what I'm getting versus having it handed to me in the dark without knowing if there was actually butter put on my popcorn.Until they deep clean the rooms and update their seating I don't plan to go back to this theater.

Omg just seen the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles it was ok. We got food and drinks. I only recommend the Onion rings and a pop The popcorn was burnt chicken wings were burnt that's why they poured so much sauce I even went back and And got a different batch of popcorn burnt again The food is expensive and not worth it Not to mention it was kind of bad service
