These guys are awesome! I took in a machine for a friend that wasn't working. She sat down right away, fixed a few things in 10 min and the machine was running perfectly. She didn't even charge me.

My husband had to take my serger in for a minor issue and was impressed by Julie. She is obviously very smart about the serger and made a quick fix and suggestion. Thank you Julie!

I stopped by Rich's Keizer Annex to ask some questions about my sewing machine and purchase some accessories. Julie was so welcoming and incredibly helpful in answering my questions and teaching me things I had not yet learned about the machine. Thank you so much, Julie! :)
