They're gonna raise your rent by $100 every year. Each summer they do some silly little improvements, which often cause major inconvenience to tenants (like last year when the pressure washers destroyed several tenants property, to which management had nothing to say other than "whoops sorry ?") and they use it as an excuse to raise rent by 15% annually. I recommend somewhere else.

We just moved in and love our new home. Lynda at the office is always so personable and attentive. We are so happy to be here! The apartment itself is very cozy and already feels like home. Highly recommend this place.

Lived here for one year and really enjoyed it. Quiet neighborhood, apartments are in good shape and well maintained, close to grocery stores, and property management is experienced and timely with all requests. Would recommend.

Ripplingbrook Terrace is a nice apartment complex tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is friendly and non-emergency maintenance requests are taken care of in a day or two. The flats are quite spacious and almost have a house feel to them. Some of the apartments back up to a creek with large trees, very enjoyable. Updates to the units would be nice, they are still in the 90's style of finishes. Overall a nice place to live.
