Customer service was terrible, front desk man was very rude. He yelled at the kids that were in the pool, and tried to scam my family out of the discount. The room smelled terrible, it was very stale amd stank of something rotten. I don't recommend staying here

I booked a stay with my 20yr old daughter for three nights.. I wish that I could upload photos because when I say our room was disgusting that is an understatement!! The entire room smelled strongly of cat urine, the vanity sink was broken into pieces and half ass glued back together, toilet paper dispenser was broke and we were left maybe 10 squares on a roll on the bathroom floor, the bedding had holes and blood stains, mattress and box spring were showing from under the bedding and covered in brown stains, mold in the restroom around the shower and just DIRTY! I do not recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel for any amount of time.

I booked a non-smoking room. As soon as I step in, the room reeked of cigarette so I immediately asked FD to move me into another room. FD was rude & denied and told me they had plumbing issues as if it was my fault. No breakfast in the morning, as advertised. Upon check-out I had seen they charged me an extra $300 that I now have to dispute with my bank because the manager “couldn’t do anything about it”. Scammers! DON’T stay here unless you’re willing to have them scam you for your time & money.

I am currently trying to check in for my reservation and am on hold with customer care because the desk clerk is refusing to honor our reservation because of our service animal because I told the desk clerk that he can not ask for documentation so he canceled our reservation

This place sucked. My husband has a bad knee and has a brace on. We had to bring his cousin to the er his hart was only running 15%. So he checks in we leave the lady at the desk said nothing about the elevator not working. We go back to the room at 1030pm after the hospital we have 3 suite cases plus I asked the guy where my room was he said 3rd floor but the elevator is not working. We drove 8 hours to get here pluse sat in the er all night abd now we have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Then as advertised there was supposed to have coffee pots in our room pluse free hot breakfast and they had neither. Hair dryer didn't work it was a the worst place I staid. Don't stay there

Look elsewhere this place is a dump. Hotel is in desperate need of a complete overhaul/remodel. Room smelled musty very noisy because of paper thin walls. They said includes breakfast but there was only coffee and hot water. Very poor service.

The owners and staff are very rude and don't care about service animals or someone who is having a medical emergency. The night manager trespassed us and went out of his way to make it so we couldn't check on my gf's grandpa who is only a couple months from kicking the bucket. Don't go here it's a garbage heap and not worth the few dollars to save getting a cheap hotel.

This is a pretty good hotel at a reasonable price. The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. I was right next to the pool so it was a bit noisy, but quiet after the pool closed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The ONLY good thing about this room was that it was cheap... $50 range.
The rest was awful!
They will insist on a $50 damage deposit which, is a joke considering the condition of the room.
The countertop to the sink was badly cracked. I don't mean that it had some crack lines in it, I mean it looked like the ground does after an earthquake. Pieces jutting up and looked like they just slapped some epoxy on it to hold it together. The drain was missing the plug so don't have anything nearby that could fall into it and good luck getting it out.
The mirror was cracked as well.
The inside corners and all around the door of the shower had mold all around it. If you have to take a shower, I'd suggest wearing your socks. I can only imagine what has been in there.
There was no clock in the room and there were no night stands by the bed. No lamps either. Just the wall sconces.
The air conditioner/heater had dust and crud all over the fins where the air blows out. I didn't turn it on because there has to be mold in that unit.
I don't think they changed the linens as there were someone else's hair visible on the pillow cases. I thought about buying a new blanket and putting it over the bed to sleep on but, I decided to check out and go to a different hotel.
Oh, there were doors slamming and kids running around yelling in the hallway from the time I checked in around 9pm and didn't let up before I left around 1am
There is nothing good about that hotel. It is easily one of the three worst hotels I have stayed at in 30+ years.
