Roth's prices are outrageous and you best check the expiration date!! Not sure what the deal is but most of their food either expires in a few days, has expired, or with in a few days.. highly recommend going to WinCo, or SafewayShame on you Roth's

The place is very nice , clean and has good product selection. Only downside is the staff is not very helpful and they are not really friendly.

High end prices at a somewhat shabby grocery store. 90 percent of what they sell here you can buy pretty much anywhere else at a much better price. If you check expiration dates a lot of their stuff has been sitting there a looooong time. Can't see how they stay in business.

The best place to grab a quick lunch in Salem. Ans the people who work there are super nice.

Pastries galore! The apple fritters are particularly delectable. If you are in need of a special treat for a loved one, consider Roth's fine pastries.

Roth's is expensive, but they have some quality goods that you just can't find anywhere else in Salem. The employees are friendly and professional as well.

As always, tidy, clean, and excellent service. A little pricey, but great for fresh vegetables and meats.

Friendly and helpful staff. I do think they need more help in the dally. We went for coffee and the girl working didn't know how to make special coffees. They stated it would be awhile before they could get our coffee made . They did look busy however while waiting they helped several people with the dally salads ?. That was unprofessional . We left. They never acknowledged us we felt like we were putting them out.

I only shop out of location convenience. The people that work there are super helpful and friendly! My only two complaints are 1. prices. Absolutely ridiculous. And 2. quality of produce. If you have the fortitude to charge prices like that, your produce should be absolutely impeccable. And it is far from. In many cases, the produce has started turning.

Service is always top notch and they're donuts are the best in the Willamette Valley particularly their Haysville store.

Good grocery store for a quick stop but the prices are pretty high. They have sushi, a deli, salad bar, bakery and groceries. The donuts at this location are hit and miss. Staff are usually friendly. If you are looking for a cheaper place, winco is about 5 minutes away from here.

What does it take to get waited on in the meat department? Stood waiting for 10 mins to get some seafood while the guy behind the counter just continued with whatever he was doing, and totally ignored me. Yes, he saw me numerous times, he looked right at me. This not the first time this has happened. If you hate your job that much, go work elsewhere.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is nice, the veggies and fruits look beautiful. There is a selection of pre made foods and a counter at which you can purchase things like chicken salad and Cole slaw, various freshly made salads. The prices are ridiculous. It's so expensive. The cheese is twice as much as Trader Joe's. There is a pretty made salad with mixed baby greens, small amount of feta, craisins and nuts for $10.99. That's insane, there isnt even any chicken or anything. The soups are also insanely priced. A container of NE clam chower $15. It may be tasty, IDK but not worth that price.

I cannot believe how incredibly downhill this once cute little neighborhood market has gone. They do not check their expiration dates or weed out bad food or produce. For example, I went in for bagels one morning, found multiple packages of bagels covered, and I do mean COVERED in mold. Right out in the open. There is no excuse for something so blatant. Their to-go deli food is very questionable. My partner got a cheesesteak and I got a side of fries and a deli salad. For 26$ I’d expect more than a bland, stale sandwich with cold fries. My spinach bowtie salad was given all of three bites before I trashed it- it had to have been several days old. Literally the only good thing about this store is the bakery and that is it. Ten years ago this was a great place to shop with healthy, vibrant produce and an amazing deli, one of the best neighborhood shops to go to. It’s very sad to see.
