horrible terrible atrocious customer service. have to call at least 8 times to get anybody to pick up the phone, and then it’s some cranky old lady who answers the phone in the worst mood every time. she speaks to customers in a disrespectful and mocking tone, as if she’s annoyed that someone has the audacity to call and ask something of her that requires her to do her job. they will forget to refill your medications and you often have to call multiple times about getting ONE refill. don’t even think about calling with questions because the cranky old lady will legitimately laugh at you over the phone and say “i don’t know what you want me to do” um, your job?!

Always a very helpful staff that I've seen for about 9 years. The line can be long but people need there med to not just me. Plus they have above and beyond saving me hundreds on med that were not covered by insurance.

Pharmacy staff is very rude,I just spoke to a pharmacist on the phone she was screaming at me through the phone,they don’t fill your prescriptions until last minute and she had a horrible attitude after I called twice to check in on my prescription she said it would be done in a couple of hours mind you it was supposed to be filled yesterday that didn’t happen because they are messing around in the back (most likely gossiping about people)the second time I called she answered the phone she was very rude had this tone that she didn’t even want to work there,anyways she then said what’s the name and date of birth so I told her and she said it will be done after 3 mind you I called this morning to check on them and they still weren’t done I understand there are other peoples prescription they need to fill but it’s shouldn’t take them 3 days to fill cold medicine and some dang pills?I would not advise anybody who needs there medication urgently to even step foot in to that pharmacy

They're doing better at getting customers through the line faster and the employees are friendly. They have the prescriptions I need whereas other stores pharmacies do not. For being shorthanded, they're doing a great job.

Closes for lunch for an hour, 1:30-2:30. Their hours are incorrect online. Also the worst staff you could possibly deal with. Changing pharmacies asap.

Negative review for 2 reasons, one of the clerks has a horrible attitude and the other clerk is great. The good clerk is very helpful and she always says nice things. The second reason is because the hours are wrong on the website, please fix this and for the bad clerk.

I wish they had a ticket machine so that you can sit in the waiting room until they call your number. Due to physical issues I have, prevents me from standing in that long line for 1/2 hour +.

Worst service.I have ever had love.The receptionist never have an issue with the reception.But I will say their pharmac Pharmacist is so rude. I will never go to this place ever again. I've never been called a liar my whole entire life and I'm pregnant and I basically get called A liar. when I talk to my own Doctor's office and they told me they were writing a 60 quality Plus I see the order on my my chart. and you guys mess up and don't wanna basically admit to it. Wow. See, now you lost my 10 year service.

No issues with the pharmacist, but the individual working the windows (Matt) was extremely rude, appeared to have a chip on his/her(??, not sure) shoulder. Also, that individual didn't seem to have ANY sense of urgency - even though the line was about 15 deep! I will be changing pharmacys immediately!

The staff seem friendly enough but they are slow to fill prescriptions the lion is usually long there's usually only one window open and I'm really frustrated that a medication that I needed desperately that was sent in on Thursday wasn't ready until Monday evening Dallas Safeway was so much better I have been quite unhappy since I transferred to West Salem

Worst place to get medicine

Told me on the fone meds will be ready n a hour get here at 1130 and. Now they tell me to wait another dam 20 min
