I transferred in from my regular pharmacy. Every time I called I was told they never received the prescriptions from my original pharmacy. I called them 5 times & was told each time they had but received the prescriptions. I called the original pharmacy 4 times & was told they had sent them 3 times. I ended up running out of meds. It took 30 days before they said they got them. I was then charged $33.51 over my copay.

I’ve had such a good experience with this pharmacy team, they go out of their way to make sure you get your meds on time and are constantly are on their feet. They work very hard they deserve a raise!!!

Absolutely horrible. I’ve called several times over a few days and only been able to speak to a person once. The rest hung up after saying hello or didn’t answer at all. My prescription was supposed to be transferred to another location but kept getting transferred here and I haven’t been able to speak with anyone about it. Horrific.

I've used this store RX for over 20 years. The pharmacy staff are great. They remind you of needed/ wanted vaccines your due for. I highly recommend them. Shout out to Michael and (Da) spelt wrong I'm sure.

Extremely disappointed in this pharmacy. Most of the people besides a couple of the woman are absolutely some of the rudest people I have dealt with. Half the time they don’t answer the phone the other half one of the males who answers sounds extremely rude and like your wasting his time. I am a cancer patient who ran out of medication and my drs office okay them to refill my medication 2 days early. I called them 3 times to verify my Dr office called twice and was told no one called. Then they told my Dr office that they would try working on it the following day after being told it’s due to being treated for cancer. I will most definitely changing pharmacies next month.

Called to ask a question about my prescription. The first time they picked up and hung up after 5 rings. The second time no one answered after like 8-10 rings.
At least get hold music or schedule someone to field calls.

I asked for all my prescriptions to be put on auto fill. Every month 1 or more prescriptions would not auto fill. When I called in no one knew why and seveeral times I was blamed, Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

Was told they were working on it. I waited 30 min asked about meds. They said they hadn't even started on them. Maybe 30 more minutes. What a joke. Don't lie about time frames.

Jason P was extremely helpful and patient and fixed my insurance issue after several techs before him failed to properly save my insurance after multiple conversations asking them to do so. I would give 5 stars but was told that THEIR computer error was “not their problem”.

This branch is great at moving people through the line. I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes, and that line was around the corner. But for heck’s sake Safeway Pharmacy, ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!

They never answer the phone and leaving a voicemail isn’t an option. Look elsewhere to fill your prescription.

Emergency Room prescribed my wife pain meds and antibiotics for an infection, they had all day to fill and not only was it not done they gave us attitude when we called to check on it, and later didn't even bother to answer the phone at all. Now she has to spend all night in excruciating pain because they can't be bothered to get anything done on time. Do better, seriously. This isn't the first time.
