Its indoor. I bought some nice shoes for 17.00 at Ross. The customer service was great. It also has a food section. I took a picture for some gals, for them. I felt safe shopping.

Not a lot going on here these days but there are a couple arcades now and a few stores i still like to shop at. Food court isn't any good anymore in my opinion.
