Extremely dehumanizing experience with drs and nurses, incorrect diagnosis multiple times in a row, don’t listen truly, don’t want to hear you if you have more than one symptom or paid attention to your time line, made my anaphylaxis worse and grimly said ok go to the ER then, asked me how they should treat my rare disorder I came to them for help with (guess I should have done hours more research and their job for them just for them to get paid for signing off on MY work for a prescription) don’t care if you are in pain unless you’re visibly dying I think. Had to ask for related meds at end of my visit because they weren’t even offered. Luckily I even knew what to ask for, even with brain fog being a symptom. SMH. Nurses didn’t even wait to start gossiping until I left the hall. So unserious.

Erica Akbari pa-c is an excellent physician, I came into the urgent care with numbness and other issues. Within minutes of the examination she had me setup for follow-up imaging and a referral to an excellent spinal neurosurgery center.
Everything has been taken care of with a needed surgery that had brought back better quality of life than I've had in over a decade.
What amazes me is how in such a short period of time an issue connected with what I've seen many other doctors for, she figured it out and sent me to all the proper follow-up care.

Had an appointment at 11am. Got here 20 min early. They got me back early. Nurse came in took vitals, Dr. Came in listened and asked appropriate questions. Took a look at my issues and agreed/diagnosed. Filled the appropriate rx. Didn't waste my time, was out 2 min before my actual appointment time. It was a DREAM. This urgent care doesn't have great reviews and idk why. My experience was perfect. Thank you Nurse Allie and Dr. Saffer.

Horrible. Had pain. Blood pressure 147/100 due to the kidney stone pain. I was offered by Dr. Saffwr partial treatment. Anyone with kidney stones would tell you that the pain is excruciating. Salem clinic has really gone down with the lack of empathy from doctors.

This is not an urgent care.
They are by appointment only. I didn't know I had to schedule an accident.
If you have an urgent need don't bother with this place

In my experience if your issue isn't urgent enough for them they will ignore your needs. Terrible patient service!

Mid-April I was on a walk and misjudged a curb, fell, and hurt my lower leg. The next day I went to this urgent care and saw William Seibt because I thought I hurt my Achilles tendon. At that appointment I was told my Achilles tendon was fine and intact (I have MyChart app with all this info), and was told I sprained my ankle and given a strap/lace up brace.
After 3 weeks, I wasn’t getting any better and was in lots of pain, so I went to a different urgent care. This doctor diagnosed me with a possible Achilles tendon rupture, referred me to an orthopedic specialist, and sent me for an ultrasound for a suspected blood clot (thankfully negative). A week later I saw the orthopedic specialist, and because of the initial misdiagnosis it limited my treatment options. I ended up having surgery 2 days later because that really became the only option. The initial misdiagnosis caused undo pain and limited my treatment options. I asked my orthopedist how it was missed and he said he had no idea and that it’s actually a very simple diagnosis.

If I could give the clinic a 0 I would. I go in to have my doctor sign papers ands that’s exactly what DIDNT happen. Ok so my appointment is 15 minutes and the doctor doesn’t have time to go through 6 sheets of paper work? So my insurance is suppose to pay for you to do nothing and waste my time?

If you want doctors to gaslight you about medical conditions you have already been diagnosed or treated you like you're out of your mind for being sick this is the place to go! I was diagnosed bi-polar without any psychological testing by a family medicine doctor. I've been tested and turns out I'm not bi polar just a victim of a bad diagnosis for no reason other than the lack of care for me. After that interaction, I was told if i didn't want migraines then I wouldn't since its all in my head. When I asked for a referral for a renal specialist I was told no that my new(ish) primary who had no idea about my kidney disease when we first spoke about it, he refuses because he wants to see me instead. The guy who had no idea about my kidney disease wants to be the one to care for me while I'm having issues with my kidneys? I feel like this is where people go to slowly die from horrible care.

I recently took my 15-year-old son in Because his throat was hurting And he was having a hard time swallowing and felt like his tonsils were swollen. Dr. Terry treated us very poorly. She asked us if we had any sick people in the family I tried describing that we had all been sick over the last 2 months and that myself and my son had both had antibiotics earlier around the end of November and seemed to get better. But I think she took this as we were in her office to get her to prescribe antibiotics because her whole Attitude changed, and she treated us miserably. She Ask me what kind of lab test I would like to have done as if I’m a doctor. She barely looked in his throat, barely listened to him describe symptoms and said she doesn’t see anything wrong. And told us to get a strep test and that was it. We left feeling like the visit was worthless and we were treated terribly not just by her. I have been in this urgent care before and seen in a male Doctor Who was awesome. It was very nice and actually listened and made us feel like we were people so not all of them are bad.

Just a heads up. "Urgent care" is actually false advertising. You need to get an appointment so if it's truly urgent don't waste time and go to an emergency room. I drove all the way in from Stayton and had to turn around and go home to the emergency room. Should be described as a clinic for those without a primary care physician.

I hurt my knee a little over two months ago and I was hoping to get some answers on what I did. The doctor who saw me wiggled it around a bit, asked me to walk around (there is no space to walk around in a small office) gave me a useless brace for it, prescribed me medication, and referred me to physical therapy. He told me straight up that knee injuries are complicated and he didn’t know what was wrong so they would figure it out in PT.I have tried to change my referral to PT Northwest, and the doctor is refusing to sign off on it since it is not connected to Salem Clinic. I have been walking around for TWO MONTHS on an injured knee. I have called twice a week every week asking for my referral status and they strung me along each time. After getting off the phone today, they said that there is not much they can do since the doctor won’t sign it and to go somewhere else.Do not ever go here. They will not take care of you.
