I had a bad experience during Covid. Prior to this incident, I absolutely loved this veterinary office.
My dog got an eye infection.
I asked for medicated eye drops. They prescribed medicated ointment.
Unfortunately my dog rubbed her face on floors because of the ointment.
They never suggested a cone, to protect her face.
Unfortunately the infection got worse. They failed to take action to help fix the infection.
I had to take my dog to another vet. Whom had to perform eye surgery. To save my dogs eye.
I feel this veterinary office, neglected to properly treat my dog. Therefore I had to remove all my animals from their care

Very kind people and reasonable rates. After my mom passed away and one of her cats was diagnosed with acute kidney disease, they donated some kidney diet food they had lying around from other donors. "We like to share the love around here." ?

These folks were recommended to me by a friend. I have been very impressed with the care they have taken with my cat who I brought in to be fixed. Tomorrow our two girls have their turn.

We love this place.. Three cat's and one dog have been treated here. The staff is very friendly and help full.

I was impressed by their customer service as well as their care for my cat. He weighs over 16#, and the vet's assistant offered to carry his carrier in for me. So nice! They were knowledgeable, gentle, well organized, proactive, and suggested treatments but weren't pushy, just overall great! I'm actually looking forward to the follow-up appt!

This is an “old timey” vet office. They don’t mess around, try to sell you snake oil or upcharge for unnecessary treatments.I have HUGE respect for Dr Gerros as he is a strait shooter. I’ve had two pups with health issues and he was honest and forward about their treatment.His prices are more than fair, and I trust him 100% to give our dogs the best care out there.His staff are always kind and seem to genuinely like their jobs and animals.
