Kolby at the front desk was amazing, super helpful and even when we had to put items on hold and come back was super friendly. Would definitely drive 30 minutes again to come back for the service alone 10/10

Oh my goodness what a wonderful scrub store!! Amazing selection, amazing prices, and AMAZING staff!!! Kolby went above and beyond to accommodate me and my friend who is blind. He helped us try on probably 30 pairs of scrubs, my friend is extremely big and tall and it’s hard to find scrubs that fit. He let us try on things with no rush, and found multiple scrubs for him. Thank you Kolby!! You da best!! ~Love, Morgan and Rob💛🙏🏻

10/10 would recommend coming here for scrubs! I am currently pregnant and was struggling to try and find the perfect set until this wonderful lady came and saved the day for me! She pointed me straight to a perfect collection that has an amazing amount of stretch to them and helped me until I was ready to check out. Thank you again for the amazing service I will be back 🥰🙆🏻♀️

I called ahead considering I was driving 45 miles to the store. Amanda looked around for my plus size and body shape while I was on the phone. She had items set aside for my arrival. Jonna Lee found a $5 coupon for my purchase. Very clean & kind! Great select of colors and sizes. Will definitely come back.

Unless you get a screaming deal and don't have a time deadline, I wouldn't bother with ordering online. Go to Amazon, instead. I ordered with 2-day shipping to make sure I got what I needed in time. I confirmed that what I needed was in stock, though there was a part of my order which was low priority for me which was backordered. When it got to be 2 days before without any confirmation or note regarding shipping, I contacted their customer service to follow up. After getting past the required referring me to the order status link, which I had already told them shows pending but no other information, then telling me that the order was pending, where I again asked for more information, I was finally informed that the individual warehouse has a policy (contrary to what was explicitly stated on the company website) that they will not ship out an order unless all products on that order are in hand.Luckily, Amazon had the product I needed in stock and was able to deliver the next day, so I requested my pending order be cancelled. (I was, of course, informed that they could request the cancellation, but that it could not be guaranteed.)On the other hand, I would definitely recommend the in store locations. I found the staff there courteous and helpful. I definitely intend to shop there again.

First of all, love all the selection. But what sold me was kolby!!! Amazing customer service. As soon as I walked into the door. He was attentive and helpful. He went above and beyond for some complicated returns and was able to help when I didn’t need think anything could be done. Will be returning here even though it’s a drive for me. Thanks again Kolby!

The scrubs sold here are fashionable, reasonably priced and there is a lot of variety. This store sells some of the cutest child-friendly designs I have ever seen and the customer service is amazing. This business is definitely 5-star.

Gisselle was very helpful as soon as i walked in she greeted me & She helped me find the right scrubs for me and the right sizes that i needed. Gisselle also took me items to the fitting room and brought me more scrubs that fitted me and were my sizes. She is such an amazing helpful person was always checking on me and asking me how did those scrubs work. Gisselle such a good person at customer services. !
