and got her to an 8th of a tank and picked her up from work. She said she had plans to see the guy to give him back the card so she looked up the nearest Shell Station, “Portland Rd. It’s 24 hours…” we get there and it is closed. “No biggie, next Shell on the way to your friends?” She tells me Market St is listed as 24 hour operating. “And this one is closer to him so I’m going to call him to tell him I’ll be there in 5 min so he can finally go to sleep…” and she calls her friend and we get to the Market location…IT’S. FREAKING. NOT. OPENED… so, at an 8th of a tank and falling…she gives her friend back his gas card… I feel defeated. The money I was planning to use for gas had gone on getting her some Dutch Bros and a headlight that burnt out while I was driving. The inability of this business to update its hours of operation to accurately reflect when they are open would save a lot of people the headache of deciding on where to gas immediately because ON EMPTY…FLASHING E SIGN…ENGINE SPUTTERING…and it runs out in the dark shadows of a closed gas station….

This is probably the 3rd time coming in here and having to wait a dumb amount of time for someone to come out to pump our gas, only this time he didn't come out. He sat inside the little building playing on his phone. I'll pump my own gas when the prices reflect us pumping out own gas. Get it together and do your job.

Jan 22nd at around 7:15 and 7:30am i stated to gas attendant that I wanted 50 regular handed him my debit card then he left to pump gas in my car so I thought and then starts hitting my car and yelling saying what do I want regular premium ect and I roll my window down stating not to hit my car and he’s giving me attitude and then he walked away and hit the gas pup

Just got gas here, Nov, 2, 2020. About 6:30pm. I've never left a negative review before so this is a first. The worker there had an unbelievably bad attitude. Slammed my gas cap and walks away not asking if I want a receipt. As a shell rewards member, Uber and Lift driver I've never dealt with such a peice of work before, definitely won't be coming back to this location.
