Unless you are a contractor avoid this location and shop at the 4759 Lancaster location. I have a paint formula for a 20 year old Dutch Boy Dirt Fighter paint color, but despite Sherwin Williams being the parent company of Dutch Boy I was told they could not mix my color. The other Salem location on 4759 Lancaster was able to mix the paint with the old DB formula and it's a perfect match!

I went a few weeks ago and The lady with short hair (I think her name was Eliza) was super kind and helpful. She taught me lots about what paint I should get and everything I needed to know. I won't get my paint anywhere else now!

Guy at front counter working todays date around 12:45 was very dismissive about helping me and my wife trying to help us find paint and did not help what so ever I normally am really easy going to get along with and wounds write a bad review but this man needs to be talked to

The young man help me immediately after I told him I didn’t know what color paint to put on my shed he help me choose a color that I liked very respectful young man I recommend the shop for your paint

Poor customer service, incorrect prices quoted, out of stock on a common product. They state they charge more than other brands because of quality, however the quality of the paint has been inferior in our house. Will never do business with Sherwin-Williams again or recommend their paint.
