Older hotel and it shows with tape covering holes in the elevator floor. Damage to rooms furniture. Parking is not great with warnings inside the hotel that you will be towed at your expense if you park in the restaurant parking lot.

The rooms were clean ,but did have a smoke smell, front desk was nice and helpful, the view we had was looking at backyards of houses.

The entire motel was very clean. The room was spacious, quiet, and nice. The mattress was a bit firm. However, I slept very well.

The hotel is older but does it's job. Staff is nice and quick to get to a room. Bird droppings all over the place. Very unsafe for pets and humans. Questionable characters roaming the halls, had to complain to front desk a couple times about a druggy with a neck brace roaming the halls at all hours. I live in my van and I shortened my stay because of it.

We stay the night on a Friday night, after shopping for a bridal gown for my daughter. The staff was nice and the rooms were stocked well. The rooms were clean.

Right off I-5 on market Street. The shilo sign was unlit and very low hard to see. Look for the sassy Onion restaurant it's right behind it and a small store strip. No this Shilo Inn doesn't have breakfast nor a pool no hot tub no sauna. The rooms are set up for one person even when reserving for 2 or more people when reserving on line. I couldn't reserve for a handicap or disabled room or and special request online. As We had the room for 3 days 2 nights only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 face wash clothe bath towels for one person and we didn't have a phone in our room it wasn't here. I dropped my hair claw and it rolled under my Mom's bed we found 2 more smaller hair clips under her bed that were from someone before us. Our room is big no rugs all hardwood tile throughout only 2 hangers. Decent size kitchenette You could easily fit a third queen bed and another night stand and still feel roomy. 3.5 star. Service was good. We just asked for a second person's set of towels, a second roll of toilet paper, a new box of Kleenex as ours had 4 sheets we used pretty quickly, Plenty of Free parking surrounding the building, but please be careful not to park in the restaurants parking lot it's bc between the restaurant and Inn. So close to the freeway and the event we were attending. The Sassy Onion restaurant is yummylishious decent prices big portions, opens early closes by 3pm. We went to the YanYan Chinese restaurant OMGOSH Delishious yum yum. Big portions cooked perfectly, very popular prices are amazing. Yes I'd stay here again if I didn't have time toenjoy a pool if you want a swimming pool it's not here.

Employees polite and helpful. Very nice rooms and showers are fantastic! Lots of hot water. Very comfortable and made my service dog feel welcomed and the little soaps and lotion are a very nice touch.

Almost perfect stay. The bathroom tiles are way to slippery when wet and there should ve a reminder about that as I took a basty spill.
BUT the room was quite nice with the sleeping area divided from the kitchenette and couch area with a glass mural.
Comfy bed. Only other downside is I don't think you should have to request blankets especially on a cold snowy night. That should be a given?
Overall the staff was nice though and the stay wasn't bad.
Since that stay I noticed bathroom warning signs and bed covers !!
Good job guys now we just need breakfast ;) kidding

Listen, if you're looking for a four star hotel, this ain't it. But it's quiet and clean, and I slept like a log.
Pros: close to I-5 so easy for road trippers, shares a parking lot with a restaurant that claims to have world famous French toast (I didn't try it, so I can't vouch for that), and a friendly and personable young man for the night shift
Cons: If you're traveling with a cat, they only allow dogs. This is not their fault, but it was frustrating. Luckily, I was traveling at a time of year that leaving the cat in the car wasn't the evilest thing I could do (windows cracked for fresh air, litter box, food, and water all reachable). There wasn't any breakfast when I checked, but I also forgot to ask the times for breakfast and could have just stopped by too early. I agree with the other reviewer who said the bathroom tiles were slippery, but I luckily did not take a fall. I do wish there were more towel racks outside the shower, though. The towels were also a little scratchy, but not terribly uncomfortable (to me).

It shows a pool and says they serve breakfast. There is NO pool and they DO NOT serve breakfast. Otherwise good price for the room and staff were nice.
