Most of the reviews you’ll see here are from people using Sky Home for management services but I thought it would be good to have a tenant post. They were incredible to rent from. Communicative on any issues that popped up, prompt with helping to resolve any issues, they made the move out process easy when the time arose, and where just all around a great rental experience. I absolutely loved that they did not allow for applications until a walk through had been done because it really felt there was more fairness to be had with the application process. If you’re looking for a place to rent, and they happen to A home available I highly recommend going through them!

We have moved on from this company. That’s all I will comment on and say as the whole experience with this company left a very bad taste in our mouths. Moving on from dealing with this VERY unprofessional business, we are happy not to have to work with them anymore to be honest. Moving onto another property management company was the very best thing that could have happened from this whole experience. Thank you for making us switch companies as it was great switch. Thank you so very much as we are delighted with our new management company. I would not recommend this property management company to anyone I know who needs this service.

Paulo has been managing our rentals for over 10 years and he is very tedious with his bookkeeping, paperwork and tenant management. I recommend him highly.
