My car was recalled. Took it to Skyline Ford. They got the car in, replaced the recalled part and changed the oil, at my request. Was in and out in 45 min. People were very nice.

Incredibly expensive, awful customer service. Barely would explain things to me when I'd go pick up my car. Went in to get something fixed that they had fixed 6 months prior. They called me and told me my car was ready, went to pick it up, it was still making a weird sound after one minute of running and so they had to keep it another night and then finally it was ready at 5pm the next day. Still didn't get much explanation from any employees. Just seems like people rushing to do things and not doing a good job. Had to get the same 1500 dollar repair done twice in the last year.

Purchased a vehicle from skyline Ford was very happy with the purchase , until the salesman completely dropped the ball and kept giving me the runaround, highly recommend going somewhere that values their customers more.

I took my 2021 Roush to the Skyline on commercial. Walking in to the service center office, I noticed immediately that all three staff in there seemed to be in bad moods. I got the feeling that they were irritated that another customer walked in. I had a couple of questions concerning on how to change the electronics on my dashboard worked and none of the three knew how anything functioned. I was astonished that not one person was able to help me.My other problem was my battery would not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. They told me that I needed to bring it back another day so they could get the battery test. It was going to take about 4 hours. I brought it back the next day. They tested it. They said that it tested fine. They stated that there was nothing else they could do for me. I was blown away. As i was pulling it out of the garage I asked which way was the best to leave the lot. They directed me to an area that caused my Mustang to drastically drag the pavement. After that it was very clear whom I was dealing with!So I took it to Skyline on River road. They kept it overnight and called me in the morning and said the battery is no good. They put a new battery in it and I was on my way. What a huge difference between the two dealerships.

Bought a Mustang GT only got 5 thousand miles on motor. Dealership failed with me on multiple layers. I did a very detailed review sometime back if you care to read it. Definitely never walking back into this place I'll ride a donkey first!

Imagine a business where every time you interact with it you know you're going to come away frustrated or irritated. That is Skyline Ford. I have never before dealt with a company so reliably annoying as this one. They're really great at selling you a vehicle, but if you need service you should probably go somewhere else ... but unfortunately that means that warranty work will be a headache.I have unfortunately had to interact with them about a half dozen times since I bought my truck a year ago (each time because they failed to perform the requested work adequately) and each time I am amazed how they seemingly manage to go out of their way to disenfranchise customers. I have brought my concerns to their attention on several occasions but things never change. I am seriously thinking of selling my vehicle to buy a different one from a different manufacturer so that I can get better service somewhere else. I would take it to a different Ford dealer, but the nearest one is Albany and that's rather inconvenient.

Great work. Great service. FREAKN awesome people to do business with. Hope I never go back. If bad happens. That is THE ONLY place I will go for auto body work.
