The modern kitchen includes quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and many units have a private patio or balcony. The community is wonderful, with a friendly and efficient staff. The location is amazing and walkable to the Minto Brown trails and dog park, downtown attractions, and the riverfront. The maintenance team rocks, providing prompt, friendly, efficient, and effective service. They go above and beyond, are always nice and willing to help with anything, and complete repairs quickly and immediately. The team is fast and efficient, often handling multiple issues at once. This is definitely one of the best things about living here.
The South Block Apartments are lovely. Highly recommend. The community is wonderful, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the units are lovely. The location is amazing--walkable to Minto Brown trails and dog park, downtown attractions, and river front. I wish I didn't have to leave due to a family emergency.
