The modern kitchen includes quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and many units have a private patio or balcony. The community is wonderful, with a friendly and efficient staff. The location is amazing and walkable to the Minto Brown trails and dog park, downtown attractions, and the riverfront. The maintenance team rocks, providing prompt, friendly, efficient, and effective service. They go above and beyond, are always nice and willing to help with anything, and complete repairs quickly and immediately. The team is fast and efficient, often handling multiple issues at once. This is definitely one of the best things about living here.
South Block is the best property in Salem. Hands down no where has staff and maintenance people like South Block. They make this place a home. Renting here doesn’t feel temporary. It is luxury living in Downtown Salem.
