To the pretty blonde lady (I think she said her name was Lori) that helped me with my huge duvet cover, tysm you were so helpful and kind. I was so out of my element with that big washer & really appreciated the help. I was surprised to find a washer there big enough to handle a 120x120 super king duvet, but they had one. I’m extremely pleased with how well it cleaned it, will definitely come back & use it again!

This place is absolutely terrible I was short some physical quarters so I decided to try their online pay they had posted and I didn’t even work so I was out 10$ and wasn’t able to get my clothes washed absolutely terrible experience I would choose anywhere else

I really like this place. It's clean, prices are good but today i went there and the coin machine wasn't working so i had to go somewhere else. Ended up paying $2 more per wash.

Upon arrival, there was a transient man wrapped up in a blanket on the ground, asleep across the front doors. Here it is, 6:15 am. The doors are locked, even though the hours posted say open at 6 am. No phone number posted anywhere in sight. How conveniently inconvenient. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it looks somewhat decently clean in there, for once.

Do not go here at night! This lady came in trying to tell me not to do my laundry and then next thing I know the washers stopped. This lady claimed she told me that she worked there and not to use the washers but she never did. This worker was extremely rude and I could tell she was intoxicated. If that doesn’t bother you go here but they stole $20 in quarters and were very rude and unprofessional. I would have have felt better if the lady working wasn’t intoxicated and had treated me with a bit of respect.

Filthy machines that don't spin so the wash is dripping wet and cost a fortune to get dry at 3 min per quarter total rip off

If I could give it lower then 1 star I would. I understand the state of things these days, what with the homeless, and vagrant problems. But quite frankly it's ridiculous I can't use a restroom here. We shouldn't have to leave our cloths unattended if we have to use a restroom. I will be going to another place from now on. Not happy, tired of every single place not having a restroom for it's patrons. If you can't provide a usable restroom for your patrons then maybe you shouldn't have a business. It's unprofessional and down right idiotic.

I left my clothes in the dryer to get my dog and when I came back all my work clothes, bedding, etcetera were stolen. The lady that works there just happened to be packing up “stuff” in her van. When I asked her if she had seen them, she said if clothes get left then she takes them to the back. She was acting weird when I questioned her about my clothes and tried to blame a homeless person for taking them. I’ve been calling management for over 3 weeks to see if they could check the cameras since I made a theft report and they keep avoiding me and won’t respond. Don’t trust the workers here.
