Dylan!? Did we just become best friends? Yesterday we transferred over, four phones and 2 Apple Watches from Verizon. Dylan and Jacob made the whole experience fantastic! Transferring that many lines is a nightmare to say the least, but we laughed the whole time and neither of them ever seemed frustrated or anxious to get us out of the store. Though heavily occupied with all our chaos, the greeting every customer who came in with a genuine “welcome”. 10/10 The I’ll always go here for all my needs! Thank you both for making this a fun enthusiastic visit!!!

Do not listen to them . Read the terms carefully and know what promotion you are trying to do. I told them I wanted to keep my phone they told me that wasn't possible. Come to find out it was. The whole time I was there (2 hours) one of the guys kept making comments about selling water to camels and how it was a commission job. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store downtown as this is a 3rd party store and anything you want go do will have to be done there anyways.

Buyer beware! Not a real T mobile store it is Mobile One business see small sign in back of store. Store manager Ryan sold us phones and plan under false pretenses we could bring our old numbers over at a later date to the new lines and keep the promotion deal when that did not work after several days of consulting they wanted restocking fee's ( over $200, read the small print on contract ) even though they mislead us repeatedly to get us to sign the contract. The manager Ryan told worker David to get the money from us and get us out of the store this was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. They certainly did not want potential customers to hear the problems we where having with them on such a simple transaction. Beware your 14 day buyers remorse provision will still cost you a lot of money with this store.

I had a great experience upgrading two of my devices. The Manager, Ryan, was experienced and informational as well as patient and kind while looking to solve my problems and went out of his way to help me understand everything. This will be my go-to T-Mobile from here on out!

The people in the store denied that they had my phone which was shipped to them. After 20 mins of arguing I found on the order who it was handed to and it was the guy in the back. They had misplaced it in the back and wanted to argue with me to contact support to find out where it was. They then went to transfer the phone and it was completely dead. Waited another 30 mins for them to charge it to 5% then they charged me $5 even though it was there fault after I already paid $100. Went to activate the phone and they couldn't figure out how to set up the esim. They needed to verify from a family member to activate it but I had no way to contact my family member because they deactivated my phone to transfer it. They told me to download Facebook and use there wifi to contact my family member to approve my esim. I asked to use there phone but told me I couldn't use their phone. Already wasted an hour and a half so I went home. Got on Reddit and they were more helpful than TMobile. Was able to get it activated by myself. Talked to my dad he said the activation they sent was just a message notifying him my Esim was activated and there was nothing on his end to do. They were absolutely useless. Also my new new phone since this is my 2nd replacement of a previous replacement still has WORSE issues with dropping signal in new spots! Time to switch to a different provider.

To be clear this is a shoutout to the manager Ryan, T-mobile as a company has poor performance. About a month ago I spoke with a manager named Ryan who was easily the most helpful representative of the company I have met. I was in a dispute with T-mobile (that I hope has since ended we'll find out in the next billing cycle) and was referred to Ryan by a manager in another city. Ryan informed me of the aforementioned managers error and gave me the steps I needed to solve the problem at hand. He further ensured that if I couldn't solve the problem with other representatives through standard channels; he would solve the problem for me. Overall I cannot stand T-mobile anymore after recent events but Ryan was a good representative.

The experience that I had in this location was unacceptable not only did I wait 2 hours to get helped for an easy upgrade? But also witnessed an eighty one year old lady with no chairs To sit in wait over 1 1/2 hours to get Helped activating a SIM card and transferring information. At one point he just walked directly away from her after saying there was an error activating her sim card. She was in the location before the other people and was helped after. And really wasn't fully helped because I had to help her finish the setup on her device because she was being completely ignored. The reps name was Dylon .

I went in to replace the phone my bf had broke and the experience I had at this store no doubt has exceeded my expectations for any retail experience. They could have easily sold me a new phone and sent me on my way like I’m sure any retail store would do, but Dillan and the manager took their time to weight out my options for me to be able to pay the minimal amount of money and get the best deal. I have never seen any retail worker put so much effort into solving a costumers problem. I am not exaggerating when I say that they both looked over my plan and went out of their way to come up with ideas to save me money. I was there for maybe an hr and their personalities are so awesome that I didn’t even mind it one bit. I walked in thinking I was going to spend 200+ on a down payment for a phone I walked out with a brand new ohon, a free phone with a free line and I saved money on my bill so it was cheaper then when I walked in I’m not kidding these guys are pros at finding deal for their costumers I keep thinking how I could have lost out on such a good deal if I would have walked into any other T-mobile store. I don’t really leave reviews for places but I’m telling you these guys at this store are so amazing if you have any need to go to any T-mobile store come to this one they will do all in their power to help you out.

Very disappointed.Took my $105 activation fee, then changed the terms we had agree upon. When I opted to cancel the transaction, they claimed activation fees are non refundable. I never saw my phones and I never signed a contract. The manager called me an hour after I left the store offering to defraud his own company to 'game' the system to make it look like I was putting down a big deposit. NOT COOL!I will just kiss the $105 goodbye and chalk it up to experience (a bad one). This felt very similar to the old car dealer 'bait and switch' techniques. One question; if they 'activated' anything, why doesn't T-Mobile customer service have a record of it? Hmmm?I guess I have a story for my next book on customer service nighmares.

The two staff-members helped me to understand the increased coverage area in S.E. Oregon (since the merger with Sprint), ... and the importance of keeping the antenna in our mobile device clear of the protective backing of the Otter case. We have better performance of our J-7 Prime right after leaving the store! Thank you!
