I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had working with Heidi at Storage 4 Less. From the moment we first spoke with her, it was clear that she was not just doing a job—she genuinely cared. We were trying to coordinate the removal of a vehicle from their facility while living out of state, and what could have easily been a stressful, complicated ordeal turned into a smooth and even uplifting experience thanks entirely to Heidi.
She went so far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She didn’t just help—she took ownership of the situation like it was her own. Her communication was flawless, her kindness unmatched, and her willingness to go the extra mile was something I’ve never experienced with any company or individual in a customer service role. Heidi followed up consistently, worked around our crazy schedule, offered solutions we hadn’t even thought of, and made us feel like we were her top priority—even though we know she’s helping countless others every day.
Heidi is a rare gem—an extraordinary employee and a truly remarkable human being. Companies like Storage 4 Less are incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing them. We are beyond grateful for her help, and we won’t forget it. If every business had a Heidi, the world would run a whole lot smoother.

WELL WAS THERE FOR one MONTH AND WENT TO GET TRAILER AND THE BATTERIES WAS STOLEN AND BACK SIDE OF TRAILER WAS HIT
MANAGER REALLY DIDN'T CARE AND SAID I SHOULD OF TAKEN THEM OFF BECAUSE THEY GET STOLEN ALOT
DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO LOOK ON CAMERA
CALL POLICE TO GET A REPORT THEY SAID IT HAPPENS ALOT THERE

HEIDI issss AMAZING she explained everything on the phone before I came in aME waited for me to come in the next day their prices are absolutely phenomenal the cheapest I've ever seen in salem and waaaaaayyy more space for ligit half the price of all the other places I called I'm so so so beyond HAPPY

The storage containers are numbered, but they aren't in any order. The storage facility is secure though with a gate.

I needed a new storage unit because Public Storage was a Nightmare. I came across Storage for Less online, called them, and Heidi stayed after hours to help me get into my new unit. She made the process very stress-free. This is the best storage facility!
