LEAVE YOUR BUCKETS AND BAGS BEHIND. They don’t allow you to use them. You MUST use their boxes. While we picked LOVELY peaches. We also wanted some triple crown berries. No one told us those were completely picked over. So we figured we’d go get some blueberries. Nope. Those were all picked over as well. When we paid for our peaches, the young lady running the check in and weigh booth rather rudely told us we had picked the wrong peaches. Uhm, okay. We really weren’t given much direction.Further, when we mentioned that she should probably tell visitors that the triple crowns and blueberries were gone, she was like “yeah, that happens.” WHAT?!The only reason I gave three stars vs one star was because the two ladies running the pre-picked/checkout booth were extremely wonderful.I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had a great time picking cherries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. We enjoyed walking the grounds and everything we picked tasted great.

Well not only was the fruit gorgeous, but the help was above and beyond! Ben was our four-wheel driver. He was so sweet to pick my mother 72 up multiple times throughout our pick. He was sweet enough to set a time to retrieve us for the last pick up for the day, and he was right on time. These kids were so sweet to us Bella, McKenna, and Ben! Thank you...and may God Bless all of you!

Very organized, well run u-pick. Enjoyed picking there as the berries were nice. It was hard to find parking as I came the first Saturday they were open.

My daughters and I love picking seasonal berries every year here. We have been coming here for many years, and it never disappoints. The fruits and vegetables are delicious, and the customer service is fantastic. It's a great family thing to do with everyone.

Went to pick fruit with a friend. We checked in at the front and the young woman there didn’t have much to say. She asked what we were there to pick and we told her (cherries, blackberries, maybe peaches). She said if we wanted a ride, we could wait, so we did. A little cart showed up a while later. The driver, another young woman, parked and waited for a minute. She didn’t say anything so nobody waiting moved. Then she drove off. It was hot, so my friend and I decided to walk. We walked up to the nearby peach trees, picked some. There were no signs, so we wandered around until we found a well-worn path, which led to the cherry trees. We wandered through there and found zero pickable cherries. Saw a sign that pointed toward triple crown blackberries, which I was excited about, so we went that way. There were no ripe ones. Saw more peach trees but didn’t need more peaches, so kept walking. Passed a couple of plum trees, decided to pick literally like five that were just about ripe. Picked some blueberries on the way back, which fell through the holes in the provided boxes we were “required” to use (no buckets, no bags). We made our way back to the stand to check out. The young lady at the scale left for a moment to go get a woman who was older than her (I’m assuming manager or owner). This woman proceeded to chew us out for picking plums. She asked where we got them. I said we walked around and saw some, so we thought we could pick a few. She asked who told us we could. My friend explained that no one really directed us. No one told us where to go or what we could pick versus could not. She chewed us out some more. I didn’t say much because I was in shock about how rude she was. We went to pay for our purchases. I saw some cherries inside that building and asked my friend if he wanted to buy some. He said no, he wasn’t giving them any more of his money because he was offended by how rude she was. I also noticed there were plums for sale in there. While were waiting to pay, that same lady was arguing with another group of people and being extremely rude. I feel like if we were intentionally disregarding rules or being rude when questioned, that response might be understandable. But neither myself or my friend were. We were just confused and trying to figure things out. Overall, I would say the peaches were good. There was a disappointing lack of other options. I wish the young lady at the check in would have mentioned the lack of availability or told us were we could go or what we shouldn’t pick. It sucked to be given little to no direction and then chewed out for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place when there are a lot of other options that are more polite and more organized.

Drove from Bend Oregon to get berries. First thing the staff said to me when I got out of my car, instead of welcome to the farm, was you cannot have your dog here. That’s fine I understand that, but I came all the way to get berries and was not about to keep my dog in a hot car to buy berries. I mean really! It made me angry and I’m sorry for that, but when I drove for ages and was prepared to spend money a simple “welcome I’m really sorry your dog cannot be here but how about….” Teach your staff customer service Olson farm

Wish I could give it a zero. Sadly me and my mom had to travel quite a ways to find a place we're we could u-pick peaches. First when we arrived there wasn't wasn't welcome. There could have been a smile and a "Welcome, how could I help?" Nothing . The person at the stand (w/the weight station and boxes) she looked younger like 19y/o maybe. Second, she forced us to use their boxes, like it was mandatory. We went over there and asked where we could u-pick the peaches and that we had our own boxes. She told us we couldn't use boxes we had and had to use either the large or the small boxes they provided. We were like oh ok a moved on. Third after we had finished picking three boxes of peaches and had a total of around 45.5 pounds of peaches. After the lugging of the three box's, we get back to the stand and my mom leaving to get our boxes, the same lady told me to start putting the boxes so she could weight them, fourth she doesnt have the common decency to help me out. She kinda ordered me around, a puny teenager. I was like ok but whatever and did so. Fifth when my mom got our boxes she told us that we had to keep the boxes we had used and we were like Oh uhrm ok, again just brushing it off. We put them in out car and then went to pay in the shack with the other pre-picked things. Payed and left. Sixth, this is on me but I should had payed more attention to the weights of the boxes, (they didn't write it on the receipt and my mom had to do the math). I told my mom the around about of what I saw, 13.33, 14(something), and 17.84. Which was wrong. The ending price was 84.18. We got charged 94.18. The boxes weren't free! We got over priced and it was very frustrating on my mom trying to figure out why. Thanks for the peaches they made great salsa. But we will not be coming back, as for the terrible customer service.

customer service could use some work lol, or just stop hiring kids who think the world revolves around them
