The groomers at Suite Dog Daze worked a miracle with my dog. He is a large long haired, double coated dog who has historically been so anxious and rowdy with groomers that he has been turned away by them. I brought Kooper in pretty rough condition, matted in multiple areas and with a ton of energy first thing in the morning. The grooming team called my about 4 hours later saying he was ready for pick up, I half expected to pick up a shaved and anxious dog from them, but instead was pleasantly surprised to see they were able to work out all the matting and undercoat without shaving him at all! I was so happy with their wonderful work! I will absolutely be bringing him back again!

We have been taking our bulldog to Suite Dog Daze for over a year now and are very happy with the services they provide. We have used their daycare, boarding, and grooming services - all are excellent! The staff are genuinely excited to see our dog and he's excited to be there. They post a ton of photos on Facebook, plus they have live cameras. Their boarding program offers many options for feeding, walking, and other extras so you can customize their stay. We like adding a grooming session on his last day of boarding so we pick up a clean dog and don't have to do it ourselves when we get home from travel.

I love suite dog daze! They have been wonderful at adapting to the needs of my silly girl. She used to be troublesome and jump fences which would prevent other facilities from allowing her to stay, but suite dog daze was able to accommodate! We have also been to many training classes which keep my girl enriched and have helped her training in addition to my understanding! When she’s gotten baths from them she is super clean and I always see what a great job the groomers do. I absolutely love them and so does my girl!

Suite Dog Daze is wonderful!! My dog loves going for both daycare and boarding. The staff is amazing and they have helped my dog become better behaved and less anxious. They also helped her with some health issues. Highly recommend!!

We have brought our dog Daisy to this facility for several months, utilizing both daycare and boarding. Daisy is a very social and happy dog and enjoyed playing with other dogs. We boarded her (for the second time) over Thanksgiving for two nights. As she jumped into our truck upon pick-up the smell that hit me was atrocious. She was covered in MALE urine. Not just on her paws….all over her body and her paws were obviously burning as she was licking them continuously in the car. This was the second time that we had an experience like this there. When I brought this up to the owner Lisa in an email, she had many excuses of why this can and does happen. She then tried to place the blame back on us for not prescheduling a bath for Daisy on departure. That is unacceptable. At the very least, I should have been notified of Daisy’s condition, and they should have attempted to remove some of urine off of her. I think no one even realized to be honest, which in itself is concerning. There should be a reasonable expectation of safety and care and this fell far below that reasonable expectation. Daisy will not be going back….

The ONLY sanitation I EVER witnessed, was the cement floor being hosed down with water. Additionally, every time I went to pick up my guy, all I could smell was dog poop as I waited at the assigned entrance. My dog got GIARDIA from here, do NOT recommend. Emailed the owner, got a very nasty unprofessional response claiming that out of 5,000 clients not one dog was reported to have Giardia. ???. Just read the reviews for this place, there are several reports of parasitic infection, neglect and dogs not being fed. Several times when I picked up my dog, his dog food was came back home with him. Oh, and I was charged for each of the imaginary feedings. Will never go back.

I took my dog here for daycare on a Saturday so that I could go shopping. Ran a little late arrived at exactly 4:18pmFound the gate locked, but luckily one of the ladies was just getting in her car. I asked for my dog to be released, was told they were boarded in for the night. I insisted and she opened the doors and in we went to collect her. Once inside the loud barking and whinny -crying of the dogs back there was heartbreaking. I asked who was on shift and informedGUESS WHAT !!! “ NO ONE.”“ we have video surveillance” “there are in for the night until tomorrow. “IF YOUR DOG IS LEFT HERE ON A WEEKEND. THERE IS NO STAFF IN THE PREMISES FROM 4:15pm until the next day at 9am.so ur baby will be ALONE in a cage Friday 6 or 7pm till 9am Saturday. On Saturday in a cage 4:pm until 9am ,Sundays ALONE in a CAGE 4pm till opening Monday.Imagine if due to anxiety the water bowl was kicked & spilled . Or in the case of my fur baby , I had left no food . Hence they starve .IF someone is aware of this policy and leaves their baby here willingly, to be caged for those prolonged hrs, so be it.I was not aware , & I had not agreed to it I would have expected that someone would have called me to check how much longer I would be running late . & charge accordingly( to cover the overtime) I have seen Lisa’s aggressive excuses and defensive responses)Which I would have paid , happily no matter how inflated, no questions asked.NOT LOCK UP, knowing very well I hadn’t signed up for that. BTW ; I was still charged. For the late pick upI AM HORRIFIED AT THEIR POLICIESHORRIFIED .My very loved baby is never going back. WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON BACK THERE THAT WE DON’T KNOW ???

Do not take your beloved dogs here! We made the mistake of taking our dog here over Thanksgiving weekend & not only did they starve our dog for 5 days, but their facility has a viral infection running rampant. When we picked our dog up and got him home he was extremely lethargic, skinny, & was unable to eat or drink. We took him to the Emergency vet to find out he picked up a nasty viral skin infection due to uncleanliness of the facility! He has developed puss pockets underneath his fur all over his body that needed to be drained at the vets office. He lost 7lbs in 5 days of being there. 3 days later we had to go back to the Emergency Vet due to his whole lower jaw swelling up to the point he couldn't close his mouth, eat or drink. After hours & hundreds of dollars later he is now on multiple medications, antibiotics, steroids, anti nausea meds & pain pills to help him heal! If you truly care about your fur babies DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!They also do not tell you they have a 3 second rule of petting or showing affection to the animals! When I asked where there policies are that state all of the ridiculous things they said, I was told they are not required to give them to customers!!!!The pictures below are to show you how much weight my poor dog lost from being there and trying to get him to eat food, with no strength to stand up!

Love taking our cavalier poodle here! They always do a great job when grooming her and listen to our requests. Won’t take her anywhere else to get groomed. Our pup always ends up having a nervous accident(poop) when we get there and I offer to clean up and they never have any issue cleaning it. Small detail but sets the tone in my opinion of their customer service.

BE WARNED: Used to take my dog here but won’t going forward. My dog was injured and after reading other people’s poor experiences and seeing how they are combative with any negative experiences/feedback, I figured they would be with me as well. No ownership of fault or investigating on their end to find a proper resolution. Will not be taking my dog here again.

Absolutely love this place, and more than that my Husky Dexter is obsessed. Everytime I ask him if he wants to go see his friends he looses it. The staff is so friendly. Love the web cams. Even though at this point I don't find myself looking as often. They have totally gained our families trust. He has used day care and boarding and we couldn't be more happy.

Took my puppy for 1st time & i was so impressed. I was worried at first due to him being so little not quite as socialized just yet; he was off to rough start but when I checked the cameras he ended up running around loved the sun deck. The staff tending to the dogs do great job at reading the dogs also - my puppy tends to sometimes chase follow jump on a dog he really likes lol . They did great on camera by redirecting my puppy who seemed quite (enthralled with a bigger dog ) which obviously benefits my puppy & the other dog also having them notice so that he isn’t boundaries weren’t crossed all were pleasant. This was big plus for me - that staff wasn’t just simply there watching dogs but trained pick up & reads the dogs. Def worth it puppy looked happy as day went on & he’s tired so burned off a lot of excess energy.

Great place. Great staff. I haven't boarded my cats there but have had them groomed and have taken them for nail trims for a couple of years now. Staff is patient and friendly. They do a great job. When I get another dog, I won't have second thoughts about boarding there (the cats are more self-reliant). You get access to the video feed to keep an eye on your fur babies.
