Best Labs around. I have had two from over the years and just put a deposit down for a 3rd as my 2nd one is now 11 years old. The dogs temperament, health, athleticism, smarts are awesome. Easy to train and great around other dogs and kids. Can't wait for the new pup. I would highly, highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a quality Lab.

I believe I got a very healthy pup but unfortunately Mr. Wiener made the purchasing process a bit difficult. He is hard of hearing and struggled to remember things as we progressed through the purchasing of my dog. I had a lot of questions but due to his hearing struggles I gave up. Also, no where was it stated that he preferred to be paid in cash resulting in me making a second trip from Portland to Salem. I was very impressed with how clean the entire facility is and Mr. Wiener has every reason to be proud of his many years of breeding quality dogs. My pup is adapting well to life with me and I look forward to many years of hiking and walking with my new friend.

What a great place. Got 2 sisters in 2007 and they were perfect together. One passed in Jan. Knew exactly where I would be getting 2 more. Picked up 2 sisters in June and they are a perfect match. Sunnyview knows their stuff. Great dogs. Thanks for all you do.

We bought a yellow male lab from Dick Weiner about 3 years ago. We toured the Sunnyview Labs facility and were impressed with the breeding stock and how Dick, his wife and staff cared for the animals. We waited several months for our puppy and paid a premium price. It was worth every minute and every penny! Sunnyview's Bird Hunter is an absolutely beautiful and smart, easy to train dog. We intended to purchase two dogs, but after getting our first puppy, realized that due to our age and healthy, two puppies would be more than we could handle. Dick Weiner was very understanding and professional when told about our decision and has continued to maintain a good relationship with us. Our only regret is that we didn't meet Dick many years ago when we were younger, in better physical condition and lived in a home with space for large dogs to run.

There's a reason this site it called Yelp! They should have one called cheer, too.I've only dealt with the elder Weiner, but I got a wonderful dog on time and as advertised.He takes justifiable pride in his product, and nothing in these other reviews seems to fit.Every business has a FUBAR occasionally and I sympathize with the "victims". but I would go back for another, but Gruber will probably be my last Lab. He's almost two, and I'm 77 So, do the math.

Have 3 dogs from Sunnyview Labs, and all are beautiful, healthy and terrific dogs. A male and a female black, and a female yellow.

I want to say that Sunnyview has the most amazing dogs. We have been blessed to have two of the most loving, patient, smart and crazy athletic dogs...they were by all means loved by all.....our first Sunnyview Lab crossed the Rainbow bridge a week ago...she was just the most loving, attentive, smart sweet girl. We miss her but we are comforted with the fact she is no longer in pain.
