I haven't used Sunshine Pet Services... yet... I had planned to and will but wanted to give Erin 5 stars so far because of her impeccable customer service so far: my x-mas plans fell through so I decided- why not? let's head to Vegas! Completely last minute but had to make sure my guys were all set so contacted Erin to see if she was available to come over and feed them while I was away. Unfortunately I've had a medical issue that I was ignoring prove to not want to be ignored and I need to stay close to home but she was Very responsive and understood that my plans were coming together fast with planning a last minute trip and did everything she could to accommodate me. We didn't actually meet but that she responded to Every email immediately as I was trying to set things up was very helpful and that is really a good sign for me that she is the one that When I do get to go on vacation, she will be the one I will trust to take care of my dear ones. Also- I don't know who designed her website but it is fabulous! Very clear- very comprehensive. Thanks Erin!

Erin is extremely knowledgeable and dependable!!! She treats every pet like they’re her own, she loves on my dogs as if they’re her dogs!! I highly recommend SPS to anyone who wants that close-to-home feel with your pets.

Erin is the best pet sitter we could ever ask for. She is dependable and takes great care of our kitties. Receiving a thorough and individualized text each day with photos of our babes provided us with a peace of mind while we were away. We couldn’t recommend Erin more!

I've worked with Sunshine twice and have been incredibly pleased both times. Erin is kind and thorough and sends the best detailed updates about her drop ins with my pets (cats, chickens, and fish) and plants. She's flexible and accommodating and it's clear how much she cares about and loves what she does. I'm so glad to have found Erin and her business!

I scheduled an appointment with Erin for a meet and greet which she cancelled 1 hour prior to the meeting time.I had to reach out to her to reschedule a second appointment which she didn’t show up for.

I’m very pleased to have found Sunshine Pet Services! Erin’s professionalism and communication immediately put me at ease. Erin is very thorough and it’s evident that she has my pet’s best interest in mind. She’s always seeking to ensure he is happy and safe. I really appreciate Erin’s text message updates and pictures each visit as they help remove the stress and worry that comes from leaving pets behind. After returning, I can tell from my cat’s demeanor that he has been well taken care of and given a good amount of attention. Without a doubt, I will continue using Erin’s services for future trips, thanks Erin!!

Erin did an absolutely incredible job taking care of our bunny and cat, as well as our yard! We appreciate her attention to detail, enthusiasm to care for our fur babies, and daily communication updates while we were away. Erin is responsible, dependable, and went above and beyond caring for both our pets and home. We had such a relaxing vacation knowing our girls were in such good hands. We had Erin take care of our cat (drop-in visits) while we were on vacation. We were immediately impressed with Erin's professionalism and diligence in getting everything set up, learning about our cat, and ensuring a successful pet sitting experience via a questionnaire. Erin took great care of our cat and provided very thorough text updates and pictures while we were on vacation. We would recommend this service to anyone, and the best part is it all took part in our pet's home! Erin, thank you for your service, we will absolutely be back and book with you again!

We searched tirelessly for an in-home animal sitter to care for our pets and Sunshine Pet Services checked all the boxes. Erin conducted a meet + greet with my husband and I (and all our animals) to take thorough pet care notes. One of our dogs is hesitant with strangers, has an ongoing medical condition and needs medication administered during meal times. We are so grateful that, despite these potential challenges with our dog, she agreed to care for all our pets for an afternoon/night. We came home to things perfectly in order and welcoming for our return. With her experience and understanding of animal behavior, our pets accepted her in the house quicker than we could have hoped. We felt that our pets were safe and that she was attentive to them. We received regular updates and photos. We are relatively new to Oregon and are incredibly selective with who watches our pets. We minimized time away from our animals for about 2 years until we could find a sitter we could trust. We plan to use Sunshine Pet Services for all of our future pet sitting needs.

Erin is amazing with dogs, She is the only person I would trust with my puppy. She has the most well behaved dog I have ever seen, you'll never have to worry about your dog learning a bad behavior. She's got your dogs best interest in mind. 10 out of 10 best pet services you'll ever find

Erin is a wonderful pet sitter. She is reliable, professional, prompt, courteous and really loves pets. She (and her pup, Audrey) take our pup (Mollie) for play and walks twice a week. She has a way with animals as she has our dog doing commands better than we often can. Mollie is always thrilled to see her so we can tell she is kind and loving to our dog. We highly recommend her.
