Cant give enough kudos to Jerry for finding the time to come to Molalla and troubleshoot our HeatnGlo insert fireplace. Within 60 seconds he had it! Unfortunately, my husband tinkered with the fireplace the night before and displaced the factory-set logs so Jerry had to call the manufacturer for the installation instructions of those logs (we didn’t have those instructions ?) and took the time to reset them all and got the fireplace back in working order. Awesome job! You ROCK, Jerry!
