Good customer service.Clean and well kept.Switched from Verizon to Tmobile and I regret it every second. The service is horribly inconsistent.My messages don't send half the time, I don't receive texts half the time, I have no signal in normal areas that I always had service with Verizon at.The same plan I had with Verizon is more expensive at Tmobile. (Even though they advertise that they are cheaper).So location wise, Great location. Carrier wise? Trash. Never get Tmobile.

I juat left this store, dealing with a billing issue that was confusing. I'm no longer a customer, but T-Mobile is still charging me. After a 2-hour phone call, I was asked to go into the store.David and Paulo double-teamed me, interrupted and belittled me constantly. They treated me like an idito for not having the tech or knowledge that they have, treating their job as the master to my servant class. I wish you could have seen how patient I was. To have 2/3 of the staff shouting you down, preventing one from talking - how horrible! It is obvious that this team works in this fashion and are prepared to treat customers with hostility.I'm glad I'm no longer a customer. T-Mobile should stop all types of bullying, and given that one of them is a manager, there are obviously human resource gaps & free reign that the company offers to agents that end up in cruel, unnecassary, and brutal ends.By the way -- there was no resolution. T-Mobile is STILL charging me, and I've not been with them for over 2 months.

Had to use the restroom to change my pad, left my car for 5 mins and you guys issued me a parking ticket. Was thinking about switching over phone plans but with the lack of empathy, who would want you guys as a carrier? You guys are a greedy company that probably scams your customers.

Wouldn't go to any other T-Mobile store.I've been a customer for 2+ years and I have always had great customer service there. Staff is knowledgeable, friendlyand always willing to help.Thanks T-Mobie Liberty staff! You're the best!

I went in to pick up a new phone from an insurance exchange. Got there around 6:45 pm, there were several people waiting ahead of me. A tech approached me and asked what I needed, I explained, she said she would finish up with the gentleman she was currently helping and be back. At 7:00 pm they locked the main doors and at 7:05 a different sales tech approached me to asked what I needed. Once again I explained, this time I was told it was to late they were closed and I needed to come back tomorrow. I tried explaining that I had been waiting a while. If there wasn't enough time to help me that should have been communicated from the start. I was not helped, but rudely asked to leave, the sales tech was very disrespectful and rude. My time is very valuable and I don't appreciate wasting it, it's not my fault their slow. If you don't have the time to help a customer why let them in and wait, then tell them to leave without helping. Disrespectful and rude.

Service here is usually quick and the techs have always been knowledgeable about the my equipment; this last time, not so much. The wait was a bit long, too.I went in to pay my bill and arrived at the same time that a man wanting to make a possible purchase did; I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for him to finish before I was able to pay my bill (which took about five minutes if that).There were only two people working that day as I recall; usually there are at least three if not four.

You can always tell a great salesman from a poor one. Poor salesmen are pushy, rude, and obnoxiously arrogant. I came to this store to get a number change, and ended up snagging a screen protector and better fitting ear buds (I am a pixel earbud believer now). If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and ask for Joe. The dude is chill and knows his stuff. Get his card too! You can tell this guy is going places. The store staff were excellent and really fun to talk to. Joe hooked me up with a pizza place just cause I said I was hungry and didn't know the area. 10/10 experience, and I wish more cellular stores were like this one. They better be making bank working here, cause they deserve it 100%.

Joe was great. He stayed late with us after hours to finish our phone transfer. He also helped us to get a new Samsung watch for my wife. Thank you for your willingness to go the extra mile.
