Best phone I got in years
-
January 2024 by Chris Wehr
Me and my family have been customers for t mobile for 18 years we have never missed a payment in those whole 18 years never even been late all the phones we have bought are through them and we have a huge family plan with at least 6 phones we went to buy a iPhone 14 the other day and they refused to give us the best price we could get until we showed them their own promotions for a phone and got a very small deal on the phone. After 18 years you’d think you’d get free upgrades or at least a free case. Worst phone company there is they will try to gouge you for every penny! Save your time and money! Me and my family are going to try to find a better company because they do not value their customers

Sprint/T-Mobile continued charging me for months after I left. Extremely difficult to correct the situation, and employees have virtually no power to help their customers to correct the big-business exploits. Not worth the price!

I loved being with T-Mobile but went with Metro by T-mobile.

Seriously what is the training plan for the employees? Over the phone there's no problems getting business handled.

Customers please check your phone bill when you buy from this Salem, OR T-Mobile. We bought a cellphone from here and when we got our bill there was a Protection 360 Tier 5 TE charge on our phone bill for $25.80 ($18 a month with a prorated $7.80 charge from when we bought the phone) and if I didn’t catch it it would have gone to be charged monthly. This was not disclosed to us nor did we ask for a protection plan on the phone. This is shady business practices!

They never contacted my son when his phone was there and then when my son called them they said to come on it was ready. I drove all the way from Portland to take him to get his warranty phone and once we got there they said they would have to reorder it. The worker and manager took no responsibility and were extremely rude as well as incompetent. They said this happens a lot. I asked why when they saw the phones sitting there they didn't check on them . They gave no reason just blamed everything on t mobile policy. I advised that if I worked there I would have contacted the customer if I saw the phones sitting there per the customer's phone is not working right .

Worker was rude didn’t answer any of our questions. Had to order a new phone through warranty and the guy to f us it would be one to two days as my husbands phone broke and we get an email it’s on back order. Why bother telling us anything. Lancaster store has some serious attitude with their customers. I asked him to look up what it would be for me to get a new phone as well and he didn’t even bother told us to have a nice day and walked off. Looking into other providers as well since they changed their credit status. I have excellent credit and yet never had to pay down on a phone until now. Will never use Lancaster store again. I will not continue with T-Mobile since they run and look at our credit without our knowledge I don’t appreciate you looking at credit outside of T-Mobile without asking or making sure I know your running it.

I've been a customer for almost 15 years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they don't do much in the way of incentive programs for current customers unless you want to add a line. And by this I mean, they have all kinds of perks for new customers, free phones, etc. Or you can get a free smart watch, etc, if you add a line. But what if I don't want to do that? How about paying off my current phone? Or giving me a $25/month credit for a year. Something. Otherwise, where's the incentive for me to stay? You might have noticed I said I've been with T-Mobile for nearly 15 years. This is because I'm too lazy to switch companies. Not because they've made it worth my while to stay financially. However, they do have top-notch customer service. And that is really worth a lot. Plus, I have a really high line of credit with them after all this time. Lol. So, like most things in life, there's the good and the bad. You just have to choose which is more important... and clearly, after 15 years, I guess we can all see what's more important to me.

This store is always so busy that I don't feel like they have time to address your problem or concern. This particular time I went in the gal that helped me was very curt with me. She offered no solution nor tried to come up with one. It was just a flat, "No"! The way I left out of there was not good. Like I didn't even matter. I've been a customer for a little while now and pay my bill promptly. That didn't seem to matter! If I was not an existing customer, I would have walked out of there looking to go somewhere else.
