I went in to upgrade one line, add my wife’s line onto my plan along with her watch line. They put in the wrong pin transfer number and made my wife factory reset her phone. That made the number transfer not go thru and made it very difficult to get the pin transfer number again. That was done completely by the employee.They also didn’t add the trade in to my upgrade so there were no credits applied. Customer service already returned first phone as buyers remorse. Still waiting on a phone and pretty frustrated that’s now there’s a better promo that would have made the phone free.

Tyras is an asset to this location. I actually enjoyed the experience. He was able to help us and support the employees and seemed to like his job.

Save yourself the stress and go to a different store. Went in to upgrade phones. He did the preorder, phones came in with no return. Turns out he forgot to attach the trade ins. Called customer service she did a buyer’s remorse return, found me a different store with the phones we wanted. Had to pay another $35 per line activation plus almost $400 deposit since they hadn’t received the previous phones back yet. Was told to go back to original store to get the $35 per line refunded. When I came in and asked for a manager, he said they didn’t have one. So I explained what happened, he then says I’ll have to come back when the managers there. Ok you just said you don’t have one?! Came back on the day and time he was supposed to be in, they told me to come back again he’s now only gonna be there an hour later. Came back AGAIN, manger wasn’t able to refund me but gave me a credit. What a hassle! Would never go to this store again!

Did not help me with my phone bill technical support was horrible it used to be a good place for paying bill now they say ne t month there will be a 5 dollar charge to help people pay bill at this facility

After being completely disgusted with Xfinity cancelling appointments, long wait times, and billing issues before my service was even hooked up, and Centurylink asking for $1300 to run a cable under my street, this store was a huge relief. I was waited on immediately, and had internet at my house immediately after. I so wish I had gone here first, I could've had internet right after I moved in. The employees also were knowledgeable and great problem solvers. I felt the need to write this review because I wasted hours of my life with two other companies before finding this store and I hope to spare you the same experience.

The employee flat out lied to us. We just purchased the galaxy s22. He told us we needed to buy the charging plug in or it will not charge. Bull. As long as it fits in the phone it charges just fine. There's a difference between recommending and flat-out lying to your customers.

Garbage location. Manager Pablo was not helpful when I reported that one of their associates conned me into a new contract. I asked for clarification multiple times during a contract sign up with this associate in November they walked me through the promo I was signing up for and low and behold, no promo. Now I am paying for a bill I was not planning to. Manager gave me his employees email after telling me he could not provide that information. When I asked for his email he said he can't do that. Way to throw your employee under the bus and go against whatever policy you were trying to bs me about. Don't go here.

Seriously so irritated! Drove 25 mins because i live out of town to get to the store at 7:15pm when it says online it is open until 8pm. And NO ONE is there. Store is closed over 45 minutes early!!! Beyond mad right now!!!!

The staff here are always friendly.1/14/21 Update: recently changed plans to upgrade our phones. Every time we turned around there was another charge and there were no papers to keep track of it with, it was all verbal (way harder to keep up with). Our phones didn't end up being free as the offer said. We had to trade in for part of it and then they offset some of it and left us with a monthly balance. The numbers didn't match up as we went through the process.We were told if we added a 3rd line at that time, it was no charge. It's $30 extra that we've been paying for 3 months. The gentleman said we had to pay for apple care every month and he was adding it in. Our total is still what he said, but we don't appear to have apple care on our devices. Doing everything with no paper to keep track of it all felt very overwhelming and I don't think we got what we were asking for.I wish they had a table of what all was included for free and what we were agreeing to. There's no way to go back and say that a mistake was made - or wasn't.
