My last visit the other day. Was sold the wrong size stem for the bong and the elephant bowl just literally broke. Waste of $20 isn’t going there anymore. Just bought a new bong from a different smoke shop. Not my bad. Atleast the other place understand what I wanted to buy and let me buy what I wanted unlike t-zone the other day. Kept suggesting stuff instead of listening to what I was wanting to buy and just caved and bought the elephant bowl to get the employee to stop suggesting stuff other then what I actually wanted besides the glass stem. And when I gestured to him I had a small bong. Why sell me a stem that’s as long as said small bong? He wasn’t listening to what I wanted at all. Couldn’t even dab with said stem cause it never sat right in my dab bong. Again a waste of $20. If I had gotten the right stem I wouldn’t have had to go elsewhere to be correct. May want to head customers etc. their bad

Don’t go here. Dude was obviously intoxicated behind the counter. Got a vape took it home and it didn’t work. Brought it back maybe 30 min later expecting to just swap for another and he said no refunds no exchanges. Won’t be going back great way to loose business!

This place is the bomb it gives you great prices and a fantastic selection, but to drop a little nugget on it the guy that owns this place raised his daughter from the age of 16 all by himself no mother no father no nothing

14 years customer here...Tzone staff is top shelf & the glassworks is endless art. The incense are great and t-shirts you won't find anywhere else. Great friendly place that welcomes all.

Love this place! They always have everything i need! They have the best selection of glass that I've ever seen. And if 1 store doesn't have something I need, one of their other locations will!

This is a wonderful place to find quality and unique pieces of glass. The customer service is terrific and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their products!! Highly recommend stoping by when you are in the area!!

I went in there to get a couple things. The girl had sold me a battery for oil and said yeah it has a year warranty didn’t say I had to call Randy’s to get it replaced. told the girl that I put oil in there it wasn’t heating up. She said I had to place it again through Randy’s which she never said that yesterday so if you don’t really know what you’re talking about you obviously shouldn’t be working there because I have a witness that hurt everything, and I even told my husband he is never there ever

After coming into the store and being greeted I and my friend was asking to look at different items and the gentleman did not offer more assistance than asked for and was very short in his replies which came off extremely rude. Another customer came in and instead of asking us to wait while we were just looking at items and not making the other person wait it took me suggesting to help the other person and I would let him know when I was ready and he finally did just that but we could overhear him being rude to the other person. While requesting him to grab items behind the counter to look at for purchasing he had made a remark to not lean on the counter which was kind of mind-blowing considering there was no extreme reason for that as I did not have my whole body on top or against the counter nor am I a heavy or big person. As I tried to ask for different items to view his demeanor seem to get more annoyed and became snarky in his remarks. I will say I asked for an item after I had made my purchase and I was extremely surprised and mind blown when he grabbed it and gave it to me at no cost and that was extremely nice and he did not have to do that and it was completely out of character from the time we walked in from the time we were just about to walk out so that's where he's getting a two-star review and not a four or five. Feedback is a gift and I hope that he takes us as a constructive criticism and improves versus getting pissed and saying whatever because I am not a complainer and really wanted to just share the experience on a customer's point of view and possibly he might have been having a bad day but again the owners need to be aware of how the customers experience was versus how his day was. The other day I had gotten 2 vapes which added up to about $49.98 and I gave the cashier $60 and I never got my change back so please watch out for this company tzone they will rip you off
