I got a gift card for Christmas I usually don't shop here but I did not have a good experience here the item I wanted I couldn't but with the gift card and the item I could get ended up being the wrong item and so I called the store to ask if I could return the items and they told me that they couldn't do that for me so I pretty much have things I can't use and a wasted Christmas gift thanks target , will never be going back ever

I went in the other day to get some makeup remover. All of the items in the beauty section were locked up in glass cases. I pressed the help button 6 times and no one came. I walk an entire lap around the store looking for an employee who could help me and couldn't find a single one. I finally found someone after 10 minutes of looking and he apologized because he didn't have the right key as the beauty department wasn't his section. I finally got help after 20 minutes of being in the store. It's really inconvenient to have everything locked up and no employees around to help.

the cashier we had today, his name was kalub, was super rude and did not help us when our coupon was not working on his end... then proceeds to show us our total in the most smartass way flipping the computer screen... and we find he rang up an item twice and did not apologize and was smug about it. then still did not give us the coupon refusing to get a supervisor to override it. we went to guest services and they were helpful, but what a total lazy bum!!!

There is something horribly wrong with this Target - what is going on? It has been like this since I moved to Salem and hasn't changed!The store shelves are EMPTY. The products they do have are extremely disorganized, like they're taken out of boxes and just thrown on the bottom shelves. It's dirty, dark, and dingy and every single time I go in, I leave disappointed because they never have what I need and if they do, it's buried under 10 lbs of products I don't need. I see plenty of staff! I don't know what the issue is! I have started only going to this location when I don't feel like changing out of my pajamas or don't feel like driving.

10:15 Friday morning...long line at self-checkout. All checkout lanes closed! Two employees watching us wait in the self-service line, and two more at the door to wish us a nice day. Prices go up, service goes down. Sorry Target, I'm over you.

Thank you Target I am now eating much more healthy than ever. I have lowered my meat and egg intake greatly. I'm not eating unhealthy snacks or any junk food which is mostly what Target has to offer anyway. I've greatly reduced by need for butter, and dairy products. It's a shame you don't seem to realize that you will lose a lot of people who have learned some financial discipline during the pandemic like myself. Target was always overly expensive for what it is now it's horrifically so. The clothes are awful quality and the the entire store's selection on everything is so limited it makes for a terrible experience. The shelves are often half empty and the entire place is a chaotic mess. Also there seem to be few employees ever on the floor to ever ask a question. I read on the company's website how they are losing profits no kidding go figure!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoy my time here. Was sad to see lack of some inventory but i learned it was due to a theft probLem so they are doing their best.

Tonight my husband child an myself went to Target to grab a couple things for our family art an movie night. As we were checking out my husband decided to take our son to the car.. As he walked by an employee named Zack decided to not only make fun of his disability but insinuated he was stealing by the way he walked, then pointed this out to 3 other people while my husband was walking out with my four year old son. My husband was born with a disability that impairs his ability to walk correctly. I do not appreciate that. Its very upsetting. Anyone with disabled family members, I would recommend that you not go to this store. To be honest I will be contacting someone in management about this.. An i will not be shopping at that store from now on.

The customer service here is horrible. I have had bad experiences here for months now. The young man named Brayden lies everyday to us which in turn wastes our time . When you're report him to management they protect him instead of doing what right fro customers. bad management and even worse customer service I would avoid this store by all means possible

Target.com is a joke. Purchase items from this company if you want it to be cancelled and refunded the day it's supposed to arrive. Thank God Roth's had toilet paper. My wife ordered a trampoline for our son last month they just keep postponing the order. Your customer service sucks. Don't waste your time with target.com go to Walmart, Amazon, or Costco.

This review is specific to service I received in the electronics department recently. I had previously had two painful customer service calls with my cell phone company trying to get a new phone set up; when they were unable to help me, they advised me to go to a local Target for help. I was expecting to have another painful 30+ minute visit with someone repeatedly repositioning SIM cards in my phone and powering it off and on. Fortunately, Noah was working in the department that day and was able to get my phone up and running with no issues at all! He was friendly and efficient, patiently helped me get my phone set up, and gave me some tips on looking for a cover and all. Hopefully my phone will behave itself, but if anything comes up I'll be coming to this store first before wasting my time trying to call my service provider.

I'm a Target customer, love to shop at Target so when on Nov. 25, 2018 I placed on order at Target.com for a Learning Resources Teaching Cash Register toy, I Knew that this Christmas gift was secured and one less thing to do on my Christmas list. Well I was wrong. I was instructed to pick up the item on Friday, Nov 30, 2018 at the store. I went to the store the next day; Saturday morning and the order had been canceled by Target.com on Friday, Nov 30, 2018, the pick up date because they were out of stock? I called Target.com @ 1 800 813 8433 and I was told, unable to re-order, out of stock they would send me an email when the toy was available again, I said ok. Could I get a rain check, I was told No!, they said call when the item is available and I'll sure you'll get the same price, I asked can you send me an email to that effect, she said No! so I asked how can I be sure I'll get the same price, since Target sold me an item that wasn't available and I was told they can't guarantee the same price, no rain check, nothing in writing guaranteeing the same price just to keep checking Target.com to see if the toy was available or wait for their notification email. Disappointed with Target, probably no more shopping here.
