My mom got a bed here paid 1,000. She couldnt sleep in it , they wouldnt take it back! In my opinion they saw an old lady coming and took advantage of her. I bet they get Commission!!!

Great experience! I recently purchased a new mattress and while I hope it lasts for many years, I will absolutely return to BedMart if I need another bed. Hugo was professional and patiently answered my questions. I was confident with my choice, but after about a week I decided my new mattress was a little too firm. I returned today and received the same great customer service. Hugo and his colleague were kind and even tried clear the snow and ice by my car while I paid. I highly recommend this store and look forward to my replacement mattress tomorrow.

The fellow who helped us was an absolute *gem* who really knew his stuff! He was able to find me a new pillow that was *exactly* what I was looking for, and I'm picky about my pillows. My husband is even pickier, and he found one for him as well! Will absolutely be back for repeat business!

Richard was very helpful in finding the part that I need for my bed frame. ?I had looked all over at several furniture stores. When I showed him a picture of my bed frame he knew exactly what I was needing. They unfortunately do not have that part, but told me what I can use in place of the part.Thank you so very much Richard. You Rock!! He works at the Bedmart on Lancaster in Salem, Oregon

Enrique was so helpful and kind while I was searching for a new bed. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I discussed my concerns with him about buying a new bed after my last purchase elsewhere, he was able to put my worries to rest. Literally! Thank you so much Enrique!!!

Love going to this place - this is second mattress we’ve gotten from BedMart Outlet and the staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable, and do a good job helping us find just what we’re looking for.

We knew what we wanted when we walked into Bedmart. Richard was friendly, polite and we had a lot of fun with him joking around. The whole transaction went smooth. Even found a new dining room table while being there.
