Kara is a wonderful woman and you can tell she loves what she does! She has wonderful customer service, a beautiful selection of dresses and accessories, and made me feel like a princess! Shopping with her was a lovely experience!

We love the dress , but the service we received through the vendor was very unsatisfactory. The dress arrived almost 3 months late, communication was atrocious, and we are now facing not being able to find someone to make alterations in time for the wedding. We purchased the dress from Chic Bride in Salem Oregon.
When we went to pick up the dress today finally, the owner of the shop didn't take responsibility at all and attempted to assault me as we were leaving.

Paid $1600 to be lied to and put off. Told 3 months, took 6 and when asked to make it right she said why would she. Owner is horribly unprofessional and shut the door on my disabled mothers arm. Absolutely should not be in business since by her own words her personal life is too hard to run her business correctly. I wish I could refund, but nope! Awful service.

Rude staff did not assist our bride at all! Dresses were damaged, dirty and way overpriced. This shopping experience would have ruined the day, but we went to David's bridal afterwards where the staff and selection were excellent.

They were amazing! Answered all my questions and helped when needed. Gave my party and I space to do our own thing and was able to accommodate us even being 30 minutes late.

I DO NOT recommend selling your dress with them! I'm also in the same boat as some other reviewers who have cosigned their dress with the store but never heard back and upon reaching out and calling they never pick up their phone. I know my dress was sold and months later I still haven't received the check for it. And after they finally do pick the phone they are not professional and rude and say they'll get back to you, busy with a bride, but never actually get back. Unfortunately due to their unresponsiveness and unprofessional attitude I wouldn't recommend to cosign with them. I pretty much gave away my dress for free to this business. I will have to deal with it through court if I do not get my dress or payment back.

First impression of The Chic Bride and owner Kara, was top notch. I was coming out from Portland and fell into a massive traffic jam due to an accident in Wilsonville. Kara was so sweet and accommodating to me as there was no way I was going to make my original apt time. Once I arrived, I presented my new & unworn bridal dress for consignment - you know, these things happen. The ease of process was appreciated. Kara was so very kind & helpful. My hope is a bride will come in and choose it for their special day. I was super impressed by the shop and the massive collection of beautiful bridal gowns. ♥️

I bought my wedding dress from them last week and I was absolutely in love with it. It was “originally” $900, but on sale for $450. Now I thought that wasn’t a horrible price, because we all know how expensive wedding gowns can be. However, once I got home and was showing my friends someone sent me a couple pics of the dress BRAND NEW from multiple other boutiques for less than $250. Now this is also partly my fault for not doing more research on the dress. But this store will absolutely rip you off.
