Writing this review for my mom as she is too nice.. Nice staff but whole thing felt very shady and ultimately feel very dissatisfied. Got quoted from Les Shwab a crazy amount so decided to go with these guys, told my mom she needed just two new front tires as the tread was separating causing imbalanced tires but the rest of the tires had about 50-40% left, told her next day her car would be ready since the tires she needed weren’t gonna be in stock till the next day. Next day comes they call her to let her know it’s ready alignments done and tires are on, didn’t ask to do the alignment but I guess that’s mandatory when they do tires so we brushed that off even tho we gave no authorization they gave no heads up and it was and extra charge, then they preceded to say the balance was almost $800 when the day it was dropped off they agreed to do the 2 front tires and each were 125.. they did all FOUR tires and an alignment again without any authorization, mind you my moms a single mom and Christmas is right around the corner and the guy tells her he’ll just put it on credit and she can pay them within 30 days like he’s doing her a favor and she needs “help” very weird transaction and feels wrong.
Just want to write a review from our experience as there was a lot of miscommunication.

My mom comes here more often than I do and she’s always raving about how honest and fair they are, and every time I’ve come here for anything throughout the years Bernie and everyone else have proven that to be true. It’s great having a local place that you can trust.

What good are appointments?
Made an appointment days in advance for some tire issues. Checked in early for appointment, waited over 3 hours and vehicle not touched. Meanwhile, several walk ins had there car repaired while I waited. I will never give this place any business again.

Well I was very mad. I called them and got a quote on tires for a RAV4 the man told me 440. My husband went there the next morning and the man charged him 130 a tire instead of 110 that I was quoted. Not sure what was on the man's mind but my husband felt like the older man just didn't like him. This will be the first and last time we will do business with this company.

Went for an alignment but my car was too low for the alignment which is understandable, but the issue was that they curbed my brand new wheels which i took a picture of when i got there and then they told me that they didn’t even move my car and when i showed them the pictures, the employee who curbed my wheel denied curbing them. Then they agreed to buying me a new wheel, I told the manager that i took a picture of the wheel just in case of them denying it again at the time of buying a new one and he started being really aggressive yelling at me that he didn’t like that “just in case” which i have all my rights to have proof of the damage especially since they already lied to me twice that same day. We ended up working some things out but i am not satisfied at all in the way they managed the situation. Very unprofessional.

I would not suggest this tire company I paid for an alignment and its so-called camber kit. They overcharged me and my car drives worse than when I took it in and they wanna book me for an appointment to look at it. Two weeks after this tire swap sucks. Screwed me over 260 bucks.

I have referred many family and friends over many years to Bernie at Tire Experts because his service is the best I have ever encountered. He is totally honest and his shop has competent mechanics. Everyone I have referred to him continues to trust him with their cars, and also refers others to him. He goes out of his way to earn our trust. He deserves more than five stars.

Best tire shop in all of Oregon!! Customer service is amazing here. I got a flat tire over the holiday and was able to get patched up right away. I would suggest this place to my mom and others!

Bernie was great help, went above and beyond to help me find out everything I needed to fix my dodge charger. Great place for alignments and anything to do with tires.
