Just went to drop my car off for service and they don’t have a place to drop your car off while they are closed. I can’t believe in this day and age they don’t have a night drop for your vehicle so you’re not stuck. Not really looking after your customers… Y’all should really do better.

Hi There,
My visit to Quality Auto Care was the Best ever. They were friendly, helpful, Professional and knowledgeable from the minute I walked in the door.
As I was leaving the dash alerted me the battery was LOW on the Remote, and Billy came out to check to see what was wrong.
They double checked battery/Remote, etc. Steve GAVE me the battery and installed it all free. And said Happy Holidays.
And we had a few giggles.
I originally went in for an Oil Change for my car and everything went great.
This is my 'GoTo' Auto care shop from now on.
Trinity Quality Auto Care is the Best.

Trinity's has been my go-to place for car repairs for a couple years now. Staff are friendly, work is reasonably priced, and it is done well.

First time here. I brought in for oil change. After taking into service bay, they observed I still had about 1000 miles left before oil service was required and asked if they should proceed. I purposely was doing an early change due to very long upcoming road trip, but it was very refreshing experience finding an HONEST shop that was looking out for the customer. They also noted the new updated oil recommendation from Toyota. Good first impression.

I took my car in for an engine light and other lights and they did a very well job at figuring out what’s wrong. My car is still having problems, but that’s due to a manufacturer warranty on the injectors. They believe the injectors are what’s causing the problems and I’m glad they found the extended warranty that I didn’t know about and didn’t jump right into fixing it because now I can try to go get Honda to hopefully fix the problems under warranty. I highly recommend Trinitys and I will definitely be back.
