You made it easy and stress free, thank you!!! I moved out of Public storage after only being there since the 3rd of October but I felt they used bait and switch didn't get the $1.00 move in I was promised and was as the police described it " theft by deception" when they signed me up for AutoPay without my knowledge and I knew I was not in a place that was honest or safe and secure after they charged me a $50.00 deposit and said they didn't. It was on the contract when I finally got the contract. You proved they didn't need to do all that. You WERE HONEST and disclosed EVERYTHING. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

Absolutely loved the staff here and they were so helpful and amazing! They helped me with better prices on a bigger unit and got me transfered to a bigger unit for cheaper and waves the admin fee. Absolutely love them

They really are more about the customer and in today's world that matters, I ended up renting online and didn't realize you owe rent on the first not the day you rented and they were able to hold my unit til my pay day and waived my late fee. Love these guys, it really feels like they value me as a customer.
