I needed a vehicle to go see my wife. I went here and the receptionist, Christy, was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I needed to rent again and again was very pleased with the service. Everytime I have had to deal with THIS U-Haul, I have never had a problem, that they couldn't fix. I just wanted to say THANK YOU.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I've had my reservation changed on me multiple times only to call the day before and be told its not available and theyve known for 3 days without calling. I HATE that they are the only ones with enclosed trailers in my area. They offered NO discount for my inconvenience and showed no compassion. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I called this location because I was trying to extend my reservation beyond a 24-hour period. My call was automatically forwarded to their reservation call center. There was going to be a 20 minute wait. Once I was able to chat with their customer service, I found that you can only extend your rental days when you pick up your truck if your truck is not needed during those days. That is a very INEFFICIENT system. U-Haul apparently thinks they are the only game in town.

Had to have the trailer back by 7:00pm, pulled in at 7:00pm! After the employees got done chatting with each other, started processing the return, charged $30 for being "3 minutes late". After a short discussion, I was told rentals are based on a 24 hour schedule. Horrible customer service, yard is crowded and unorganized, employees not wearing masks, overall bad experience. I recommend finding a different location possibly a different company!

The 2 guys that helped me at the u-haul in the 76 station were polite, very professional and the facility was clean. I would definitely go threw them again if I need a rental truck again.

Worst experience we've had in a while. Billing was messed up, we got double charged and they can't fix it for 3-5 business days. Rented two trucks for me and roommates to move, one was rented out when we got there so we could only get the one. They placed a hold on our account for $90 so we can't go grocery shopping... this was by far the worst moving experience we've had. Will be shopping around at other moving companies next time.

I've had to drop trucks off at this location several times. Mark, who's not only gorgeous, but extremely helpful as well, made the experience stress free.

Had to pick up a moving van for work today. Picking up the van was great. The person there helping me was awesome. It's when I dropped off the van at this place, not so much. They close at 7pm. I got there at 7:03. I didn't know when they closed. That's just when I happen to get there. Anyhow, no big deal. The doors were locked and I couldn't figure out where to drop off the keys. Their were employees inside. I was trying to get some help. They finally yelled at me to go to the side of the building away from the front door. I went over there and found the drop box. That's all fine, but it wasn't that easy to figure out. The drop box should be next to the front doors or at least something explaining and pointing where to go. I purposely went and looked for something explaining or pointing that way. Nothing. This could be an easy remedy. Just saying.
