This is a great U-Haul location. They have a very helpful staff. They had a LOT of trailers and trucks on their lot. Plus boxes. The staff seemed very knowledgeable. Plus it is located off of a one-way street, and not overly busy regarding traffic. You can get in and out easily with the big rental truck that you are not used to driving fairly easily.

Every time I need a U-Haul or a motorcycle trailer or utility trailer, U-Haul got me they always have something that’ll work for the situation. I’m in and the price is a reasonable.

The person at the counter is always super helpful! She had a line of customers this time and was still able to check in my rental return quickly and efficiently. Great staff!

Easy reservation process. One of the gals and guys there was able to help load boxes in my car as I’m under a weight restriction and couldn’t do it. I’d recommend for future use.

Tried to get a propane tank filled, no one came when I rang the bell, fine. Went inside and waited for 20 minutes only to be told they don't fill propane tanks.

I can’t say enough about how friendly everyone was from start to finish with our rental. What impresses me the most was the consistency with communication. Before I picked up the U-Haul I had called about some questions regarding a voucher code for 40 dollars off. I am not exaggerating when I say NEVER have I had customer service all know my issue without me having to explain it over and over. The U-Haul employees all had access to notes from my first call in and they actually read them and were informed so I didn’t have to explain my situation over and over again. The staff were friendly and helpful checking in and checking out. Super impressed!
