I went in for a brow shaping appointment after growing my eyebrows out for 2 years, wanting them to maintain their fuller look. I specifically told the technician I didn’t want them thin! I just wanted her to leave it how it looked only to remove some tiny hairs from the bottom and to soften the pointed arch on top of my eyebrows. In which she completely disregarded my request and everything I had complete said to her. I’m really disappointed with how my eyebrows turned out, I even showed her how I wanted them done, by showing her with my hand movements on my eyebrows. as they were much fuller before and now feel completely overdone and they are arched from wich I completely didn’t want nor did I want them thin!. I had worked hard to achieve a fuller look, and now I’m worried they won’t grow back as beautifully as they were. Please listen to your clients needs! if you know that you can’t do them or feel like it’s not possible for you to do them! please tell us! I can’t express how important it is to communicate with your costumers.
I hope this is something you guys can fix from now on, because I was truly disappointed, and upset with the whole experience.

Many is talented! There is no one in this whole world who can do my eyebrows better; the place is exceptionally clean, and the customer service is consistently fantastic. Absolutely amazing! Both were extremely gentle while threading them and our eyebrows turned out absolutely amazing! I got mine tinted as well and I am in love! Definitely recommend☺️
