Made an Amazon return. They took my packages and didnt scan the QR codes properly so now NO REFUND!?!?!? WOW! What a joke... What a SCAM!!!

Ive never heard of anyone having a good experience with UPS... I've asked a lot of people. This company is a waste of infrastructure I'm upset when any company decides to use them to ship their product because it just means I probably won't get it.

I was impressed by the store's organization and cleanliness. There was no long wait time, plenty of counter reps all smiling and looking helpful.
The person who helped me was very pleasant, and helpful. I was returning an item and had never done that at a UPS store before. She made it very simple for me.

I just left. I was refused a notary service because the said it was against policy to do them for trusts. Well, we weren’t making a trust, it was a trust fund request form. We’ll have done it at the market st location and the one in Keizer. Literally have done them 4 other times with no issues but all of the sudden ups store can’t for this particular reason. They were rude, dismissive and downright acting ignorant to the process but then said it was against policy. I showed the manager the website saying they can do them for trusts and she still refused. Look at all the horrible reviews. It looks like some people need to investigated.

I should have read the reviews on this location first! Terrible customer service, the staff has no idea about rates or what packages are there. I called specifically to ask in advance how much it was to have a package delivered here that I could pick up the same day. The man on the phone stated it was a $5 flat fee. When I got to the store, they charged me $55 or threatened to return the package. They are completely dishonest in their pricing and they simply don't care. It took three people to even get a final answer on the price and find my package. Will never use the UPS store again. Send your packages somewhere else if you are travelling!

Versatility of services offered. I like that they are a drop off for Amazon returns. I've used copying services and mailed things from this location also.

I had a complication with some returns and could not pull up all information on my phone. The employee was patient and said she loved challenges and was able to help me in a matter of minutes. I could tell she loved her job and she never made me feel like an inconvenience

I was returning an Amazon order and the item was too large. They had boxes for me to purchase, but the associate said that I could go somewhere else to get a cheaper box. They would hang on to the item until I came back.

Tiny, crowded parking and impatient staff. I will do my best to avoid this unless it is first thing in the morning, as the parking is scary.
