I also had an unpleasant experience with the same employee. They appear to be Caucasian with half-shaved hair, blonde with pink-dyed ends, and it’s difficult to tell whether they are male or female. Each time I have returned items, they give off a judgmental look that makes the interaction uncomfortable. When I had multiple returns, their facial expressions of dissatisfaction and annoyance were very obvious. I understand returns can be tiring, but this is part of their job. If dealing with customers is such a struggle for them, they should consider a different job where they interact less with the public. Management should be aware that this employee’s attitude reflects very poorly on the store.

There is one employee with half-shaved hair, blonde with pink-dyed ends, who constantly displays a judgmental expression whenever customers return items. When a customer has multiple returns, this employee visibly shows dissatisfaction and annoyance, making the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. While I understand processing returns may feel tedious, it is part of their job responsibility. If they dislike it, they should consider another job that deals with fewer customers since they seem to struggle in that area. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in customer service, and frankly, this employee demonstrates some of the worst service skills I have encountered.

They need more employees. There is always a huge line. And the self serve kiosk is always down which makes the line even longer. Waited 45 minutes.

I've had frustrating experiences with Amazon returns at this location due to a particular employee (a woman with shaved hair). She repeatedly gives out incorrect information, claiming customers must pay $2 to print a QR code (which is completely unnecessary for Amazon returns.. you just show your phone) and insisting that items needing 'no box' returns still require a box.
This is not only inconvenient but also a waste of customers' time and money! It's particularly concerning how this misinformation could impact older individuals or those less familiar with Amazon's policies, potentially taking advantage of them. Which I have heard from others that this has happened as well. I've never encountered these issues in 10 years plus at any other Amazon return location. This practice needs to stop, and staff should be properly trained on Amazon's clear return guidelines.
Please do something so I don’t have to feel the need to defend myself and others for something that we shouldn’t have to.

This store is perpetually understaffed. I have packages delivered here instead of my house thanks to porch pirates and the fact that the police don’t care unless you’re murdered and already dead or rich. I can’t remember the last time I was here when there was more than 1 employee helping customers and 6-10 people waiting in line. Because the store is small, people have to wait outside, regardless of weather conditions. I have nothing against the staff, they do their job the best they can given the resources they’re given. This is a failure of management. In the middle of the day, there should be a minimum of 2 employees helping customers at the counter.

Friendly staff, have always quickly moved the line while processing orders as efficiently as possible. So far all orders I've had processed here have been handled well and received within the timeframe predicted.

Although it can sometimes be a long wait when it’s busy, there’s always that one employee that gives you the information you need and answers all the questions asked without getting an attitude. The first girl looked at me and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. The guy who attended me did it as soon as the previous customer he was helping left. No hesitation and he was super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fast and speedy experience once it was my turn.
