Very rude person at counter and place is dirty, clutter everywhere and the carpet doesn't look like it's ever been vacuumed almost literally. Really gross in there.

My favorite staffs Morgan who know sign language she communication with me better. Other gentleman he aware I deaf.. He super friendly every time i go there he waving and Thank you. That made my day!!!

I used to work here. What a joke of an establishment. In the middle of the pandemic in 2020 a Customer came in to send cum filled underwear and a condom to China (yeah, weirdos). As employees, we are required to see what they are sending for importing and legal purposes. Customer did NOT divulge what was in the package as I opened it.I was told by the owner and management that I was to be respectful of THOSE customers regardless of what happens. This is vile and getting someone's "fluids" on you during a pandemic somehow makes it that much worse.They don't care about their employees, they care about making an extra buck. Avoid this location at all costs. Management and ownership is a joke

I shipped an insured package with this store with a declared value of $3,000. I was assured by an employee named Zack if ANYTHING happens I’m covered for the declared insurance value. The package I sent was stolen off the individuals front porch, I’m out $3,000 and so is the other person. Ashlee who emailed me about my situation who’m I haven’t heard from in a month is able to respond to google reviews but can’t email me back. That specific employee incited me to pay more for insurance. I’ve already left a BBB review and small claims court might be next.

UPS is violating the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Packages are getting stolen and drivers are leaving packages that require a signature without a signature. I have video of the driver leaving a package that required a signature without ringing doorbell or knocking. 5 minutes later a man walks up, puts a mask on and took both packages left on my porch. I live on a busy street and packages were displayed very viable from the road. Please contact me if you are a victim as well.The number for customer service does no good. Endless bots with no actual help.

I returned an Amazon package here, and they lost my package and now I didn't get my money back from Amazon because they didn't receive my returned product. But the employee scanned it and put it in the bin. But Amazon didn't get my product so where did it go? What did you guys do with my package

Absolutely terrible experience. Business cards not done in time and the little bit of cards that I did get were so bad I refuse to give them out. Manager didn’t offer and sort of resolution just focused on the problem. Terrible for small business solutions.

Rude to customers. Having elderly stand out in the cold. Not at all trying to hurry . There is a way to do it, and be kind and efficient.
