ATM is now closed on weekends and is only open from 9AM till 5PM. What is the point of an ATM.

This branch is NOT open despite what it lists here, and in calling the number listed on the locked doors and asking for an appointment I was told I'd have to do banking at another branch as they're not conducting business at this location. If that's the case, WHY LIST IT AS OPEN?

My account went in to negative because worked slowed down because of covid. I worked hard to get funds to get back in there and they sent my account to collections. US BANK IS NOT HELPING US IN THIS TIME OF NEED FOR PATIANCE.
