Terrible customer service and the branch manager (Brian) could care less. He gets defensive instead acknowledging the customer experience. The employees look unprofessional and act like they hate their jobs. I definitely would not trust them with my money!

This is a review of trying to obtain help from customer service at USBank.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH US BANK CREDIT CARDS!!!!! Horrible horrendous customer service ?

South Salem location ATM location ate $450.00 of $500.00 cash deposit I was trying to make ,and I couldn’t get a receipt confirmation of that amount, I called the 800 number and it’s going to take 7 to 45 days to have that cash loss confirmed, as the ATM company working for US BANK has to confirm
I tried getting an update and the physical location won’t even answer the phone!!!
Considering ending my long relationship with US BANK !! They could have covered me until they resolved the error with the ATM company

Really happy with the customer service we receive at this location. My husband comes here often for his work, but we also bank here personally. Today, Jesus Barron, helped us open our joint savings account. He was helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Thank you Jesus!

Terrible branch with customer service that will not answer during business hours. They have been charging me for 3 years for a safe deposit box I closed in 2019. Repeated attempts to stop being charged and have the account paid back have failed. Do not bank with US Bank.

I should have looked at the comments before coming to this branch. Our issue is long but Ill make it short. Came to open a business account as we are starting a small business. 1. They set up the account incorrectly 2. We were told that anyone can assist but that was not true, felt like they don't what they are doing. 3. Was told the business account was set wrong and we would need to close the wrong one and open a new one. 4. Our bank card was shipped to my mother in-laws house with my name on it and not the business name or address. 5. Tried to make an appointment and was double booked. One issues after another everytime we came. 6. Branch Manager seems to never be available and he avoid dealing with issues regarding custmer concerns. Avoid this branch or just open a credit union acct, which is where im going for our buisness. Great job all around.
