Probably the worst bank I've been to, the manager is definitely the problem, completely ignorant, and the slowest person here by far. us bank should probably audit this managers work ethic and how she schedules her employees, constantly understaffed and the employees working look completely miserable. But have great customer service, but this manager is absolutely terrible. Worst management I've ever seen.

This is silly. The day before a holiday and they have one teller?!?. I am not sure I should trust them with my money given how poorly they are running this bank. I have waited 10 minutes because the teller was running between counter and drive through. I understand waiting when there is a line and all the windows open. it is frustrating to have to wait when there is one person in line and the teller has to go back/forth. This was due to poor planning on the banks part. Not everything can be done online or at the ATM. Such as the service I needed. Get it together US Bank

I stood in line for at least 15 minutes but I’m sure it was longer. There was only one teller that was assisting customers. Then another teller came in from the back and started helping the next customer in line. I allowed two ladies to go before me as I wasn’t in a hurry. An older woman who I allowed to go before me only needed to get some quarters, and when she approached the teller who was rude to her but he did help her get $20 worth of quarters. As I walked up he grabbed his belongings from his station and began walking away. I asked if he was going to help me since I was the only customer waiting in line. He said sarcastically, “I’m human too.” I asked to speak to with his manager and he pointed to the teller who had just came in from the back. This manager started telling me about other ways to deposit money, like use the ATM or get direct deposit in a condescending tone. The apology was so disingenuous that it was painful to listen to. I’ve been an account holder for more than 40 years and have never been treated like this. I explained that I always bring my paychecks in because the full amount is always made available because the check is drawn on US Bank. The manager continued to give me instructions on using the ATM and direct deposit. I will be filing a formal complaint with US Bank corporate offices. What happened to customer service in this place? I’ve owned businesses and had an employee ever got sarcastic with a customer I would have had a conversation with them and they would have been made to give a sincere apology or else other actions would have been required. No Body Said the teller wasn’t human, so he tried claiming to be a victim.

Took 20 minutes to deposit a check thru drive thru, have watched one teller stand at a window and chat with a customer, even from outside you could tell she was flirting with the guy. When working, maybe actually work and not flirt with a customer.

This is my favorite Bank Branch. I don't always make it to this one but when I do it's always a wonderful experience. I know the Staff by name and they work really hard to serve everyone everday..everyday... grateful for you all and especially Savannah! Tremendous work ethic, knowledgeability and optimistic mindset always!

It's dangerous here, numerous homeless camped out front and 2 of them approached my vehicle asking for money while I was using the ATM. Not going to this branch again.

I used to love this branch when the old team was there i am talking about 2/3 years back. New team needs to step it up. Having to wait 30 minutes to 45 it's crazy. Best one in that team is Rafael. I guess I am going to have to change banks
