Took 20 minutes to deposit a check thru drive thru, have watched one teller stand at a window and chat with a customer, even from outside you could tell she was flirting with the guy. When working, maybe actually work and not flirt with a customer.

This is my favorite Bank Branch. I don't always make it to this one but when I do it's always a wonderful experience. I know the Staff by name and they work really hard to serve everyone everday..everyday... grateful for you all and especially Savannah! Tremendous work ethic, knowledgeability and optimistic mindset always!

Great customer service. Even though it's busy during peak hours, the staff is extremely patient and friendly.

It's dangerous here, numerous homeless camped out front and 2 of them approached my vehicle asking for money while I was using the ATM. Not going to this branch again.

I used to love this branch when the old team was there i am talking about 2/3 years back. New team needs to step it up. Having to wait 30 minutes to 45 it's crazy. Best one in that team is Rafael. I guess I am going to have to change banks

I HAVE NOTHING, BUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR MY AREA OF TOWN UNTIL I GET JUST PAST CHEMEKETA. Everyone else is complaining. TRY LIVING IN NORTH GATE NEAR LABISH VILLAGE if you want to KNOW POOR SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES (PORTLAND ROAD between WARD and KALE comes to MIND with the exception of BLONDZEE'S). They don't seem to always like me, but they put up with me. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT SERVICE AT THIS US BANK. TRUE THEY ARE SOMETIMES UNDERSTAFFED, but if you have NOT NOTICED the BANKS HAVE BEEN CLOSING BRANCHES LEFT AND RIGHT INCLUDING DOWNTOWN. So CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY THAT WE HAVE A BRANCH AND THAT THESE EMPLOYEES HAVE JOBS BEFORE YOU START COMPLAINING. Banks are notoriously CHEAP AND CRUEL to their employees. I worked for a bank for 2 years and I HEAR ONCE YOU GET TO CORPORATE after BLOWING a few EXECUTIVES to get there and SWALLOWING it is ALL FINE AND DANDY. NOW DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HOW I HATE WALLMART and don't even like being in their PARKING LOT. The businesses SURROUNDING that LUTHERAN, EVANGELICAL, PENCE BACKED NIGHTMARE ARE THE BEST.

This USBANK is bad, doesn't care about customers. It has 1 Teller because the other banks near by. SAD, SAD USBANK. The 5 stars rating from families or employees.

If your wondering why they only have one teller working, it's so they can teach us the customer a lesson on using the ATM and online banking. This is what I was told waiting in line, no joke. Like waiting in line for 30 minutes is going to teach me a lesson. Very poor customer service, rude bankers and very long waits is unacceptable. Better educate your bankers on what excuse to dole out that day. Do your research and go with a credit union!!!
