Customer service in the phone bank is subpar at best.

When I arrived there was a line with about 5 people waiting who stated that they had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. It was another 30 minutes before the line moved. There were two people dealing with one customer the entire time (It looked like one was training and the other was observing) and not once did the employees acknowledge the line or apologized for the wait.

It's virtually impossible to do business with this bank anymore. Now they close at 4:00pm due to "Covid". I'm sorry did we make a new discovery that shows that's when Covid wakes up??? Just borderline insanity.

You never know when they are open and the information the staff give you is wrong. Cost me 105.00 dollars in late charges and lost wages. I would not recommend this branch.

How do normal people that work suppose to get to the bank before 4pm on a Friday? This branch is a joke. There hours of operation were 9am to 5pm on the website and they closed at 4pm?

Horrible situation caused by a banker named Kylie for my senior disabled sister. US Bank has caused my sister to be in a bad financial situation by blocking her account and returning her SSI checks to the feds. Collene had a stroke at the end of July. While she was in Salem Hospital her wallet with debit card was stolen with her Oregon ID. I called and had the debit card cancelled and a new card issued. Instead, US banker Kylie blocked Collene's account and caused Collene's SSI checks to be returned. Now, they are not doing anything to fix their mistakes. US Bank claims to be a consumer's financial ally but that is a lie. I wish I could give them zero stars.
