All three ladies that worked there are So much help and very professional by far my favorite post office to go to. They do not deserve the work conditions that they are working in though AC is out and it’s hotter in the building than it is outside. Someone send them help please

These workers need a lesson in customer service. They are very unhelpful only giving you the bare minimum information knowing exactly what you’re looking for.
There should really be a lesson on not interrupting customers when they’re having a conversation with another wormer. Either say excuse me or wait until your coworker is done working with the customer. Very passive aggressive team here.

Rude cashier, spoke in condescending tone. Waited until after I bought tape strips and sealed box up (at her register) to ask about contents and tried to give me false information. Will never go back to this location.

I have lived, worked, and studied and seven states in this country, yet Salem, Oregon, has absolutely the worst postal system I have ever had had to experience! I don’t receive mail for days on end, mail is lost, or mail is never received!!I have important letters that have been sent to my home yet never arrive. If I could, I would leave Salem Oregon specifically just to get my mail delivered to my home!

This is my favorite post office in Salem. The people who work here are very kind and helpful, and they aren’t super strict with how i packaged my item and stuff. Other post offices will constantly nag me about how big or small the envelope is or whatever. They don’t do that to me here. They actually ship the item without any problems.

Have never had a bad experience here always positive as a matter of fact one of the staff went out of her way to help me create a package that would fit all of my items and not cost me a fortune very helpful ??

Worst post office I've visited in a long time. It's so old and run down that I feel dirty after visiting, there is no self-service machine, and the staff is quite rude. Cap that with the fact that the post office is running cash grabs for anything that they can charge you for, and my visit was a very unimpressive one. They forced me to buy a label from them and hand write the addresses, just so that they could print their own label with a printed address and have me verify that it was correct on their digital signature pad. I don't care what logic you use, this makes no sense at all.
