Well, I DON'T recommend getting an account with these yokels. Their after hours call system sucks - only 24-hour assistance for their credit card, or leave them a message. Please!
The layout of their lobby doesn't make it easy for mobility impaired visitors to wait comfortably in line to be served. The only reason they get a 2-star rating is because their staff are really nice.

We've been privileged to be members of Valley Credit Union for twenty-eight years. Looking back over this time, they've consistently made us feel valued. Even during some difficult years. I love the app! It's very easy to maneuver. Anything you're needing to see is, literally, at your fingertips. We've secured a number of loans with Valley. The icing on the cake during the past several years has been the opportunity to work with Katie. She's helped us determine the type of loan that would be best and works hard to get us the best terms and interest rate available. Plus, it's always a joy to work with her!

Katie N. was AMAZING!! She was very helpful, understanding and all around great! She had had my loan approved within mins it felt like. The whole process from start to finish was only maybe 2 hours. And they were really busy on top of that and they managed to squeeze me in and get me approved!! 100/100 recommend!

Have talked to multiple employees about the same request and they have all agreed to take care of it yet It hasn’t been done in five days. Very poor Customer service. Also, their cards constantly have issues and don’t work resulting in multiple replacements. Website is hit or miss as many of the options don’t work properly. Many other credit unions outshine this one. They also outsource many services.

After struggling for weeks with phone trees and delays at a large national bank, Lauryn at Valley Credit Union was able to help me finance a time sensitive purchase in under 24 hours. It was a night and day difference in terms of customer service and so nice to be able to talk directly with a single employee who went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Valley Credit Union for any of your banking and financial needs, you will never go back to a big bank again!
