I use Valley First to manage my rentals and they do a fantastic job. Especially Dave who performs the maintenance he goes above and beyond to ensure maintenance issues are addressed quickly!

I've lived in the Shilo Apartments on Center St for almost 5yrs now and I've absolutely loved it here! Valley First Property Management was the second Property Management Company that overseed these since I've lived here and I have to say they've been really good to work with!
